【摘要】：目的了解陜西省關(guān)中地區(qū)健康人群腦膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitidis,Nm)的帶菌狀況,為流行性腦脊髓膜炎(流腦)防治提供依據(jù)。方法在西安市和寶雞市共選擇998名健康人群采集咽拭子進(jìn)行細(xì)菌分離培養(yǎng)和PCR核酸檢測(cè),并將陽(yáng)性Nm株進(jìn)行分群。結(jié)果關(guān)中地區(qū)健康人群Nm總帶菌率為6.42%(64/998)。寶雞市人群Nm帶菌率(8.25%)顯著高于西安市(4.50%)(χ~2=5.85,P0.05)。15-24歲年齡組帶菌率(13.45%)顯著高于0-2歲年齡組(4.71%)(χ~2=7.89,P0.05)。在64株Nm陽(yáng)性菌株中,A、B、C和不可分群分別占1.56%、7.81%、25.00%和65.63%。結(jié)論關(guān)中地區(qū)健康人群Nm帶菌率總體較低,菌群分布與中國(guó)其他地區(qū)基本一致。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the bacterial status of Neisseria meningitidis (Neisseria meningitidis,Nm) in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of epidemic meningitis (meningitis). Methods A total of 998 healthy people were collected from Xi'an and Baoji cities for bacterial isolation, culture and PCR nucleic acid detection, and the positive Nm strains were divided into groups. Results the total carrying rate of Nm was 6.42% (64 / 998) in the healthy population in Guanzhong area. The rate of Nm carrying in Baoji population (8.25%) was significantly higher than that in Xi'an city (4.50%) (蠂 ~ 2 5.85%, P0.05). The rate of carrying bacteria in 15-24 age group (13.45%) was significantly higher than that in 0-2 age group (4.71%) (蠂 ~ 2 + 7.89 P 0.05). Among the 64 Nm positive strains, the percentage of Nm positive strains was 1.567.81% and 65.6333%, respectively. Conclusion the Nm carrier rate of healthy population in Guanzhong area is lower, and the distribution of bacterial flora is consistent with that of other regions in China.
