【摘要】：正我從參加營養(yǎng)工作到退休正好五十年�；仡櫦韧�,我的工作雜而不深,但又多屬當(dāng)時形勢所需而做,僅少數(shù)為自己選題,涉及營養(yǎng)素的消化吸收,能量及蛋白質(zhì)代謝等人體實驗,也有單細(xì)胞生物的營養(yǎng)評價,脂質(zhì)生化的動物實驗和微量元素含量測定等各個方面。在全部工作中占比重最大的還是營養(yǎng)調(diào)查。它既是我的啟蒙工作,也是我最關(guān)注的一項任務(wù)。我曾一度對營養(yǎng)調(diào)查感到乏味,認(rèn)為它既少理論,又少技術(shù),更少創(chuàng)新。但通過實踐,終于認(rèn)識到它是營養(yǎng)工作者必須掌握的手段之一,是研
[Abstract]:I was just 50 years from my nutrition job to my retirement. Looking back on the past, my work was miscellaneous and not deep, but most of my work was required by the situation at that time. Only a few selected topics for myself, involving human experiments such as nutrient digestion and absorption, energy and protein metabolism, as well as the nutritional evaluation of single-celled organisms.
