鋯改性殼聚糖制備的優(yōu)化及飲水除氟效果

【摘要】:目的研制鋯改性殼聚糖吸附劑用于除去水中的氟離子。方法取1.00 g殼聚糖,溶于60 ml的5%乙酸溶液,按鋯與殼聚糖質(zhì)量比為3∶20加入氧氯化鋯溶液,攪拌反應(yīng)60 min,然后滴加25%~28%氨水使改性殼聚糖完全析出,過濾、洗滌、70℃烘干,制得鋯改性殼聚糖吸附劑。采用該吸附劑對8.95 mg/L含氟水樣進行靜態(tài)除氟實驗(適宜條件為:pH 3~9,140 r/min振蕩速度下于室溫吸附120 min)。并擬合Langmuir吸附等溫線和二級動力學(xué)方程。結(jié)果吸附劑用量為1.0 g/L時,除氟率在90.7%,平衡吸附量為8.12 mg/g。擬合Langmuir吸附等溫線(30℃)方程的R2=0.999 4,最大吸附量為12.30 mg/g,吸附平衡常數(shù)為1.58 L/mg。擬合二級動力學(xué)方程的R2值為1。結(jié)論鋯改性殼聚糖對高氟水吸附容量大,除氟效率高。
