【摘要】：目的了解已婚育齡婦女生殖健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為現(xiàn)狀,并分析其影響因素,為開(kāi)展已婚育齡婦女生殖健康干預(yù)提供參考依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用自行編制的問(wèn)卷對(duì)728名已婚育齡婦女進(jìn)行調(diào)查,在對(duì)其生殖健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度及行為描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響因素的分析先進(jìn)行方差分析或秩和檢驗(yàn),再進(jìn)一步采用一般逐步logistic回歸或累積比逐步logistic回歸進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果生殖健康知識(shí)平均28.02±6.21分,總體得分率為70.05%,態(tài)度和行為總體積極性較高,但其中的性病維度有待于提升;城鎮(zhèn)(β=-0.483,OR=0.617,P=0.022)、受教育程度高(β=0.436,OR=1.547,P0.01)生殖健康知識(shí)掌握較好,受教育程度高(β=0.268,OR=1.307,P0.01)態(tài)度積極,受教育程度高(β=0.504,OR=1.655,P=0.021)、患婦科病(β=0.185,OR=1.204,P=0.031)健康行為較好。結(jié)論提升婦女受教育程度,對(duì)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)開(kāi)展針對(duì)性教育,可有效提升已婚婦女的生殖健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior of married women of reproductive age, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for reproductive health intervention of married women of reproductive age. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 728 married women of childbearing age. On the basis of descriptive statistics of reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior, variance analysis or rank sum test were performed to analyze the influencing factors. General stepwise logistic regression or cumulative ratio stepwise logistic regression were used for further analysis. Results the average score of reproductive health knowledge was 28.02 鹵6.21, and the overall score rate was 70.055.The attitude and behavior were high, but the dimension of venereal disease needed to be improved, and the knowledge of reproductive health was better in urban areas (尾 = -0.483) (尾 = -0.483) and higher education level (尾 = 0.436OR1.547P0.01). Higher education level (尾 = 0.268), positive attitude, higher education level (尾 = 0.504), and better healthy behavior (尾 = 0.185) and gynecological diseases (尾 = 0.185). Conclusion improving the education level of women and carrying out targeted education on weak links can effectively improve the reproductive health level of married women.
