【摘要】：為分析2014—2017年蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)兒童和孕婦的碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,按東西南北中5個(gè)方位隨機(jī)抽取1個(gè)街道的一家社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),每個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)隨機(jī)采集20名孕婦;每個(gè)街道選取一個(gè)學(xué)校,每個(gè)學(xué)校選取三年級(jí)(8~10歲)一個(gè)班學(xué)齡兒童,采集尿樣并檢測(cè)尿碘水平。結(jié)果顯示,2014—2017年蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)兒童尿碘中位數(shù)241.0、210.0、144.0、204.0μg/L。各年蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)兒童尿碘水平間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=66.704,P0.05);其中,以2014年最高,以2016年最低,呈先下降后升高的趨勢(shì)。2014—2017年蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)孕婦中位數(shù)分別是166.9、174.9、90.50、186.0μg/L。各年蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)孕婦尿碘水平間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=51.001,P0.05);其中,以2017年最高,以2016年最低。提示蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)兒童碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)處于適量偏上水平,孕婦的碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平處于適宜偏下水平,建議轄區(qū)內(nèi)居民科學(xué)補(bǔ)碘。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the iodine nutrition status of children and pregnant women in Gusu District of Suzhou City in 2014-2017, a community health service institution was randomly selected from one street according to five directions in the middle, north and south of east, west and north, and 20 pregnant women were randomly collected from each organization. One school was selected for each street and one for third grade (8 ~ 10 years old). Urine samples were collected and urinary iodine levels were measured. The results showed that the median urinary iodine level of children in Suzhou District was 241.0210.0144.0204.0 渭 g / L in 2014-2017. There were significant differences in urinary iodine levels among children in Suzhou, Suzhou (蠂 2 + 66.704), among which the highest in 2014 and the lowest in 2016 showed a tendency of first decreasing and then increasing. The median of pregnant women in Suzhou was 166.9174.9 / 90.50186.0 渭 g / L in 2014-2017. There were significant differences in urinary iodine levels among pregnant women in Gusu District of Suzhou City in different years (蠂 2 + 51.001g P 0.05), among which the highest level was in 2017 and the lowest in 2016. It is suggested that the iodine nutrition of children in Gusu District of Suzhou City is on the right side and that the iodine nutrition level of pregnant women is at the appropriate lower level. It is suggested that the residents in the district should supplement iodine scientifically.
