【摘要】：目的了解西安市0~14歲兒童各年齡組的主要死亡原因,為制定防治干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法利用西安市2005—2014年死因監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù),用國際疾病分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ICD-10進(jìn)行疾病分類編碼。結(jié)果西安市2005—2014年0~14歲兒童平均死亡率為80.15/10萬,年均下降4.22%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-2.261,P0.05)。兒童死亡數(shù)占全人群死亡數(shù)比例呈下降趨勢。男孩死亡率(93.58/10萬)高于女孩(64.99/10萬)(χ~2=168.90,P0.05);0歲~嬰兒死亡率最高(666.84/10萬),以后隨年齡的增加呈下降趨勢,10~14歲兒童死亡率最低(25.13/10萬)。圍生期有關(guān)疾病、損傷中毒和先天性疾病是引起兒童死亡的前3位死因,死亡率分別為18.26/10萬,15.60/10萬和14.65/10萬。機(jī)動車交通事故、機(jī)動車外意外事故和溺水位居損傷中毒原因的前3位,死亡率分別為3.13/10萬,3.07/10萬,2.53/10萬。結(jié)論圍生期有關(guān)疾病、損傷中毒和先天性疾病是西安市兒童的主要死因。加強(qiáng)孕產(chǎn)婦保健和新生兒圍生期護(hù)理,預(yù)防兒童傷害,可有效降低0~14歲兒童死亡率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the main causes of death of 14-year-old children in Xi'an and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment. Methods the data of death surveillance system of Xi'an from 2005 to 2014 were used to code the disease classification with ICD-10. Results the average mortality rate of children aged from 0 to 14 years old in Xi'an from 2005 to 2014 was 8015 / 100 000, which decreased by 4.22% per year, and the difference was not statistically significant (t = 2.261 P 0.05). The proportion of child deaths in the whole population showed a downward trend. The mortality rate of boys (93.58 / 100,000) was higher than that of girls (64.99 / 100,000) (蠂 ~ 2 / 168.90). The mortality rate from 0 years old to infants was the highest (666.84 / 100 million), and the mortality rate of children aged 10 ~ 14 years was the lowest (25.13 / 100 million) with the increase of age. Perinatal diseases, injuries, poisoning and congenital diseases are the top three causes of death in children, with mortality rates of 182.6 / 100, 000 / 100, 000 and 146,500 / 100, 000, respectively. Motor vehicle traffic accidents, motor vehicle accidents and drowning are among the top three causes of injury and poisoning, with a mortality rate of 3.13 / 100,700 / 100000 / 100, 000 respectively. Conclusion Perinatal diseases, injury poisoning and congenital diseases are the main causes of death in children in Xi'an. Strengthening maternal health care and perinatal care to prevent child injury can effectively reduce the mortality rate of children aged 0 ~ 14 years.
