福建省市售水產(chǎn)品中寄生蟲感染調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查福建省市售水產(chǎn)品魚、蝦中寄生蟲感染狀況,為保障食品安全提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣調(diào)查方法,以自然地域?qū)⒏=ㄊ澐譃殚}東、閩南、閩西、閩北和閩中5個(gè)地區(qū),收集各個(gè)地區(qū)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)和超市的淡水或海水水產(chǎn)品為材料,采用消化法和壓片法檢測(cè)寄生蟲囊蚴或幼蟲。結(jié)果 2012-2016年檢測(cè)淡水類水產(chǎn)品20種,寄生蟲感染率為5.15%(130/2 524),其中囊蚴的感染率為3.72%(94/2 524),幼蟲的感染率為1.43%(36/2 524);檢查海水類水產(chǎn)品28種,寄生蟲感染率為17.25%(88/510),均為異尖線蟲。5個(gè)地區(qū)的寄生蟲感染率分別為:閩東地區(qū)為10.38%(27/260)、閩南地區(qū)為5.84%(27/462)、閩西地區(qū)為4.63%(30/648)、閩北地區(qū)為4.64%(29/625)和閩中地區(qū)為9.91%(103/1 039)。結(jié)論福建省淡水類水產(chǎn)品受到寄生蟲污染,不同地區(qū)流行情況有較大差異,海水類水產(chǎn)品的感染率相差很大。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)食品安全衛(wèi)生宣傳,采取有效的防控策略,以保障食品安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the parasitic infection of fish and shrimp in Fujian province, and to provide evidence for ensuring food safety. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to divide Fujian Province into five regions: eastern Fujian, southern Fujian, western Fujian, northern Fujian and central Fujian. The fresh or sea water products from farmers' markets and supermarkets were collected as materials. The parasite cysticercaria or larva were detected by digestion and compression method. Results from 2012 to 2016, 20 species of freshwater aquatic products were detected, the infection rate of parasites was 5.15% (130 / 2 524), the infection rate of cysticercaria was 3.72% (94 / 2 524), the infection rate of larvae was 1.43% (36 / 2 524), 28 species of marine aquatic products were examined. The parasite infection rate was 17.25% (88 / 510), and the parasite infection rates in the five regions were 10.38% (27 / 260), 5.84% (27 / 462), 4.63% (30 / 648), 4.64% (29 / 625) and 9.91% (103 / 1039), respectively. Conclusion Freshwater aquatic products in Fujian Province are polluted by parasites, and the prevalence of seawater aquatic products varies greatly in different regions. The propaganda of food safety and hygiene should be strengthened and effective prevention and control strategies should be adopted to ensure food safety.
