【摘要】：目的了解崇左市邊境地區(qū)兒童免疫規(guī)劃疫苗預(yù)防接種的現(xiàn)況,為進(jìn)一步完善免疫規(guī)劃工作策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用批質(zhì)量保證抽樣方法,隨機(jī)抽取崇左市4個(gè)邊境縣(市)43個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)215個(gè)村的1 806名兒童,入戶(hù)調(diào)查兒童的基本信息、免疫規(guī)劃疫苗接種率、監(jiān)護(hù)人的預(yù)防接種相關(guān)知識(shí)的知曉等情況。結(jié)果調(diào)查兒童各種免疫規(guī)劃疫苗接種率均達(dá)95%以上,4個(gè)邊境縣(市)兒童免疫規(guī)劃疫苗接種率差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),常住兒童和流動(dòng)兒童的卡介苗、乙肝疫苗全程、脊灰疫苗全程接種率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),流動(dòng)兒童其余疫苗接種率均低于常住兒童,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人對(duì)大部分免疫規(guī)劃預(yù)防接種知曉率存在較大差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論崇左市4個(gè)邊境縣(市)兒童免疫規(guī)劃疫苗接種率保持在較高水平,但邊境地區(qū)流動(dòng)兒童預(yù)防接種仍是今后工作的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),需要加強(qiáng)預(yù)防接種服務(wù)管理和健康教育,才能提高兒童的健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of immunization planning vaccination for children in the border area of Chongzuo city, and to provide evidence for further improvement of immunization planning strategy. Methods 1 806 children from 215 villages in 43 border counties (cities) of Chongzuo City were randomly selected by batch quality assurance sampling method. The basic information of children and immunization planning vaccination rate were investigated. The knowledge of the guardian about vaccination and so on. Results the immunization coverage rates of all kinds of immunization planning vaccines in children were over 95%. There was no significant difference in immunization planning vaccination rates among children in four border counties (cities). BCG vaccine and hepatitis B vaccine were obtained from resident children and floating children. There was no significant difference in the whole vaccination rate of poliomyelitis vaccine. The other vaccination rates of floating children were lower than those of resident children. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was significant difference in the awareness rate of most immunization programs between the guardians of children in urban and rural areas. Conclusion the immunization coverage rate of children in 4 border counties (cities) of Chongzuo City is still high, but the vaccination of migrant children in border areas is still the key and difficult point in the future. It is necessary to strengthen the management of preventive vaccination services and health education. In order to improve the health of children.
