【摘要】：目的作為評(píng)價(jià)5省10縣縣級(jí)婦幼計(jì)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)孕前風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)容之一,主要通過(guò)定性研究了解管理者和服務(wù)提供者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法以及影響風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估質(zhì)量的主要因素,為進(jìn)一步規(guī)范開(kāi)展孕前優(yōu)生項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和咨詢(xún)指導(dǎo)提供建議。方法分別于2015年9月-2015年12月,共對(duì)72名管理者、服務(wù)提供者采用專(zhuān)題小組討論、個(gè)人深入訪(fǎng)談和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察的方法進(jìn)行定性調(diào)查。結(jié)果通過(guò)項(xiàng)目的帶動(dòng),服務(wù)提供者的知識(shí)和技能得到全面提升,但臨床整體思路的不足是影響風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估能力的主要因素。現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)服務(wù)水平與育齡群眾對(duì)規(guī)范、高質(zhì)量孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查服務(wù)的需求尚有差距。結(jié)論有針對(duì)性的連續(xù)的高質(zhì)量培訓(xùn),是不斷提升服務(wù)提供者的全面臨床綜合素養(yǎng)和能力,保證育齡群眾獲取規(guī)范實(shí)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估報(bào)告,直接體驗(yàn)到重大公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的服務(wù)效果的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of pre-pregnancy risk assessment of maternal and child planning service institutions in 10 counties of 5 provinces and 10 counties, and to understand the experiences and practices of managers and service providers and the main factors influencing the quality of risk assessment through qualitative research. To further standardize the pre-pregnancy eugenic project risk assessment and guidance to provide advice. Methods from September 2015 to December 2015, a total of 72 managers and service providers were investigated qualitatively with the methods of panel discussion, personal in-depth interviews and on-site observation. Results the knowledge and skills of service providers were improved by the project, but the deficiency of the overall clinical thinking was the main factor affecting the ability of risk assessment. There is still a gap between the current level of technical services and the demand for standard and high quality pre-pregnancy health examination services for the people of childbearing age. Conclusion continuous and high quality training is aimed at continuously improving the comprehensive clinical quality and ability of service providers and ensuring that the people of childbearing age can obtain standardized and practical risk assessment reports. Direct experience of major public health services service effectiveness of an important way.
