廣義相加模型在創(chuàng)傷急診人次與氣象要素時(shí)間序列相關(guān)分析中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:探討廣義相加模型在分析氣溫、相對(duì)濕度等氣象要素與醫(yī)院日創(chuàng)傷疾病急診人次相關(guān)性中的應(yīng)用.收集北京3家綜合性醫(yī)院2008-2012年日創(chuàng)傷患者資料和同期北京市的氣象和環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)資料,根據(jù)赤池信息量準(zhǔn)則,在控制長期趨勢(shì)、短期波動(dòng)、節(jié)假日效應(yīng)以及污染條件等混雜因素的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建日創(chuàng)傷急診就診人次與氣象要素之間的廣義相加模型,并繪制暴露-反應(yīng)關(guān)系曲線.經(jīng)廣義相加模型分析,醫(yī)院日創(chuàng)傷急診就診人次與日均氣溫和氣壓表現(xiàn)出一定的線性正相關(guān)和負(fù)相關(guān)趨勢(shì),尤其是氣溫低于24.5℃時(shí),氣壓介于1 007~1020hPa之間時(shí),線性變化顯著.與日均相對(duì)濕度和日照時(shí)數(shù)表現(xiàn)為復(fù)雜的非線性相關(guān),當(dāng)相對(duì)濕度為50%~70%時(shí),相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度最高,當(dāng)日照時(shí)數(shù)達(dá)到9 h時(shí)相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度最低.針對(duì)創(chuàng)傷疾病,利用廣義相加模型進(jìn)行氣象要素的作用分析和擬合比較合理.
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the application of generalized additive model in analyzing the correlation between meteorological factors such as temperature, relative humidity and emergency attendances of daily trauma diseases in hospitals. Collect daily trauma patients' data from three general hospitals in Beijing from 2008 to 2012 and meteorological and environmental data from Beijing during the same period. According to the information quantity criteria of the red pool, they are controlling long-term trends and short-term fluctuations. On the basis of the mixed factors such as holiday effect and pollution condition, a generalized additive model between daily trauma emergency attendance and meteorological elements was established, and the relationship curve between exposure and response was drawn. The generalized additive model showed that there was a linear positive correlation and a negative correlation between the daily average temperature and air pressure, especially when the temperature was lower than 24. 5 鈩,
