【摘要】：目的了解大學生的結核病發(fā)病情況及相關因素,為制定學校結核病防控措施提供依據(jù)。方法選取河北經(jīng)濟管理學院2006級至2009級4屆新生,按入學時的TB-PPD試驗結果分為陰性組、一般陽性組和強陽性組,每屆學生均觀察3年,采用回顧性隊列研究的方法對在校期間的結核病發(fā)病情況進行分析。結果 2006級至2009級共8 414人,有PPD結果 8 394人,陽性率、強陽性率分別為2006級39.0%,12.1%;2007級33.6%,7.6%;2008級46.4%,11.2%;2009級50.4%,13.0%,各年級之間差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。陽性率、強陽性率女生均高于男生,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2值分別為6.003,39.938,P值均0.05)。城市學生的陽性率(47.2%)高于農(nóng)村學生(39.6%),強陽性率均為10.9%。累計觀察25 242人年,共發(fā)現(xiàn)結核病人37例,年發(fā)病率為146.6/10萬。PPD結果陰性組、一般陽性組、強陽性組的發(fā)病率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=132.720,P0.01),發(fā)病率與強陽性率呈正相關(r=1.00,P0.01)。強陽性組中農(nóng)村學生發(fā)病率高于城市(χ2=5.319,P=0.021)。結論青年學生是結核病的高危人群。應做為重點關注對象,給予適當?shù)母深A措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the incidence and related factors of tuberculosis in college students, and to provide the basis for formulating the prevention and control measures for tuberculosis in schools. Methods 4 freshmen from Grade 2006 to 2009 in Hebei Institute of economic management were selected, and the results were divided into negative group, general positive group and strong Yang Group according to the results of TB-PPD test in school. Each student was observed for 3 years, and a retrospective team was adopted. The study method was used to analyze the incidence of tuberculosis during the period of school. Results there were 8414 people in class 2006 to grade 2009, with PPD results of 8394 people, positive rate, and positive rate of 39%, 12.1%, 2007, 33.6%, 7.6%, 2008 grade 46.4%, 11.2%, grade 2008, all grades were statistically significant (P value). The strong positive rate of female students was higher than that of boys (6.003,39.938, P value, respectively 6.003,39.938, P value, respectively).
