【摘要】：目的分析新疆昌吉州2007-2015年肺結(jié)核病的流行現(xiàn)狀及流行特征,為肺結(jié)核病的預(yù)防與控制提供依據(jù)。方法對2007-2015年傳染病報告信息管理系統(tǒng)報告的新疆昌吉州肺結(jié)核病疫情資料進行描述流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果2007-2015年新疆昌吉州肺結(jié)核發(fā)病總數(shù)為9 751例,年均發(fā)病率為72.35/10萬。男性6 229例,占63.88%;女性3 522例,占36.12%。男女比例為1.77∶1。病例主要集中在15~40歲年齡組和60~75歲年齡組,病例數(shù)分別為4 388例和3 498例,占總發(fā)病數(shù)的80.87%。3月份病例數(shù)最多,為1 076例。累積發(fā)病數(shù)居前三位的分別是昌吉市3180例,占32.61%;瑪納斯縣1 779例,占18.24%;呼圖壁縣1 675例,占17.18%。發(fā)病數(shù)排在職業(yè)首位的是農(nóng)民3 828例,占病例總數(shù)的39.42%。結(jié)論新疆昌吉州農(nóng)民和老年人肺結(jié)核發(fā)病率較高,應(yīng)該加強農(nóng)村居民和老年人肺結(jié)核病的管理和健康教育,以減少結(jié)核病的傳播,控制其流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic status and characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang from 2007 to 2015, in order to provide basis for prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods the epidemic data of tuberculosis in Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang from 2007 to 2015 were analyzed. Results the total incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang from 2007 to 2015 was 9,751, with an annual incidence of 72.35 / 100 000. There were 6 229 males (63. 88%) and 3 522 females (36. 12%). The ratio of men to women is 1.77: 1. The number of cases was 4 388 cases and 3 498 cases respectively, accounting for 80.87.3 months of the total number of cases, the number of cases was 1 076 cases, mainly in the age group of 15 ~ 40 years old and 60 ~ 75 years old group, the number of cases was 4 388 cases and 3 498 cases respectively, accounting for 80.87.3 months of the total number of cases. 3180 cases in Changji city (32.61%), 1,779 cases (18.24%) in Manas County and 1,675 cases (17.18%) in Hutubi County. The number of cases ranked first in the occupation was 3,828 cases of farmers, accounting for 39.42% of the total number of cases. Conclusion the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis among farmers and the elderly in Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang is relatively high. It is necessary to strengthen the management and health education of pulmonary tuberculosis among the rural residents and the elderly in order to reduce the spread of tuberculosis and control its prevalence.
