【摘要】：目的探討體質(zhì)量指數(shù)與兒童頸動(dòng)脈的血流變化及其相關(guān)性,為兒童成年期疾病早期預(yù)防提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采取典型整群抽樣法選取海淀區(qū)2所中小學(xué)2007—2009年跟蹤調(diào)查的90名9~15歲兒童,測(cè)量其身高體重并計(jì)算BMI。按照中國(guó)學(xué)齡兒童WGOC[1]標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分為正常體重兒童10名,超重兒童37名,肥胖兒童43名,進(jìn)行彩色多普勒超聲檢查,測(cè)量?jī)和i動(dòng)脈速度及阻力指數(shù),并進(jìn)行組間比較及分析BMI與兒童頸動(dòng)脈血流頻譜間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果正常體重組兒童,左右側(cè)頸動(dòng)脈收縮期峰值流速(Vs)、舒張末期流速(Vd)、阻力指數(shù)(RI)均值與超重、肥胖組比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F值分別為0.503,0.980,0.603,0.109,0.426,0.486,P值均0.05);BMI24 kg/m2與BMI≥24 kg/m2組兒童左右側(cè)頸動(dòng)脈收縮期峰值流速(Vs)、舒張末期流速(Vd)、阻力指數(shù)(RI)均值比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。兒童BMI與頸動(dòng)脈血流速度的相關(guān)均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(r=-0.254,P0.05)。結(jié)論控制兒童超重肥胖對(duì)預(yù)防成年期動(dòng)脈粥樣感化有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and carotid blood flow in children and to provide scientific basis for early prevention of childhood diseases. Methods A typical cluster sampling method was used to measure the height and weight of 90 children aged 15 years from 2007 to 2009 in two primary and secondary schools in Haidian District. The height and weight of the children were measured and BMIs were calculated. According to the WGOC standard of Chinese school-age children, there were 10 normal weight children, 37 overweight children and 43 obese children. The carotid artery velocity and resistance index were measured by color Doppler ultrasound. The correlation between BMI and carotid blood flow spectrum in children was analyzed. Results the mean values of peak systolic velocity of left and right carotid artery, end diastolic velocity and resistance index (RI) of normal weight group were compared with those of overweight and obesity groups.
