【摘要】：目的 一，調(diào)查沈陽(yáng)鐵路局VDT作業(yè)人員視疲勞的情況。 二，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)VDT相關(guān)視疲勞的誘因，癥狀，體征及臨床檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果。 三，提高對(duì)VDT視疲勞的認(rèn)識(shí)，有效防治VDT視疲勞。 方法 隨機(jī)抽取2011年9月1日至2011年11月12日到沈陽(yáng)鐵路局大連體檢中心體檢主訴有眼部不適感的326名VDT作業(yè)者。首先進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，再行裂隙燈檢查，角膜熒光素鈉染色，淚液分泌試驗(yàn)以及瞼板腺功能和淚湖彎月面檢查。 結(jié)果 一，共對(duì)326名主訴有眼部不適VDT操作者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，4名拒絕行進(jìn)一步檢查及4名未完整填寫(xiě)。本調(diào)查包括共318名VDT操作者，分為4個(gè)年齡組。男性為243人（76.4%），女性為75人（23.6%），男女比例3.2:1.其中男性在20-29歲年齡組人數(shù)最多，共99人，占男性總數(shù)的40.74%。女性在20-29歲年齡組人數(shù)最多，占41.33%。各組人數(shù)男性依次為20-29＞40-49大于30-39＞50-59歲組，，女性為20-29＞40-49＞50-59＞30-39歲組。男女人數(shù)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行one-way ANOVA方差檢驗(yàn)無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。VDT綜合征患者為115人，患病率為36.17%。 二，VDT作業(yè)人員不適癥狀依次為頸部和腰背部酸痛/四肢麻木（80.02%）＞眼干澀（79.88%）＞不能久視/視物疲勞（59.43%）＞眼癢(53.46%)＞眼痛/眼脹(49.37%)＞記憶力減退（47.80%）＞視物模糊（46.86%）＞流淚，畏光（45.28%）＞頭痛/頭暈（40.57%）＞失眠（39.31%）＞眼紅（38.68%）＞復(fù)視（31.45%）＞食欲減退（30.82%）＞異物感/燒灼感（27.67%）。 三，VDT操作者的視疲勞與角膜染色，BUT測(cè)定，淚湖彎月面測(cè)定，SIT測(cè)定，瞼板腺功能檢查均相關(guān)，在0.01水平上顯著相關(guān)。 結(jié)論 沈陽(yáng)鐵路局大連體檢中心主訴有眼部及身體各部分不適癥狀的VDT操作者中VDT綜合征的患病率為36.17%。VDT作業(yè)人員的不適癥狀主要為：頸部和腰背部酸痛/四肢麻木,眼干澀,不能久視/視物疲勞,眼癢,眼痛/眼脹,記憶力減退,視物模糊,流淚/畏光,頭痛/頭暈,失眠,眼紅,復(fù)視,食欲減退,異物感/燒灼感。本次調(diào)查的患者以淚液分泌減少，淚膜不穩(wěn)定，以及瞼板腺功能異常為主要原因.
[Abstract]:Purpose First, investigate the situation of VDT operators' visual fatigue in Shenyang Railway Administration. Secondly, the causes, symptoms, signs and clinical results of VDT related visual fatigue in Shenyang area were analyzed statistically. Third, improve the understanding of VDT visual fatigue, effectively prevent and cure VDT visual fatigue. Method From September 1, 2011 to November 12, 2011, a total of 326 VDT operators were selected from Dalian physical examination Center of Shenyang Railway Administration. A questionnaire survey was carried out, followed by slit lamp examination, corneal fluorescein sodium staining, tear secretion test, meibomian gland function and lacrimal lake meniscus examination. Result The results were as follows: 1. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 326 VDT operators who complained of ocular discomfort. 4 patients refused to perform further examination and 4 did not complete the examination. The study included 318 VDT operators divided into 4 age groups. There were 243 men and 75 women. The ratio of men to women was 3.2: 1. The number of males in the 20-29 age group was the highest, accounting for 99, accounting for 40.74% of the total male population. The number of women in the 20-29 age group was the highest, at 41. 33. The number of male was 20-29 > 40-49 > 30-39 > 50-59 years old, and that of female was 20-29 > 40-49 > 50-59 > 30-39 years old. There was no significant difference between male and female in one-way ANOVA variance test. There were 115 patients with VDT syndrome and the prevalence rate was 36.17. The discomfort symptoms of VDT workers were neck and waist back ache / limb numbness 80.02) > dry eye 79.88) > not long-sighted / visual fatigue 59.43) > eye itching 53.46) > eye pain / eye distention 49.3737) > memory loss 47.80) > blurred vision 46.86) > tears. Photophobia 45.28) > headache / dizziness 40.57) > insomnia 39.31) > eye red 38.68) > compound vision 31.45) > anorexia 30.82) > foreign body sensation / burning sensation 27.67. The visual fatigue of VDT operators was correlated with corneal stain but, lacrimal lake meniscus and tarsal gland function, and was significantly correlated at 0.01 level. Conclusion The main complaint of Dalian physical examination Center of Shenyang Railway Administration was the prevalence of VDT syndrome among VDT operators with symptoms of eye and body discomfort. The main symptoms of 36.17%.VDT workers were pain in neck and waist and back, numbness in limbs, dry and astringent eyes. Not long-sighted / visual fatigue, itching, eye pain / swelling, memory loss, blurred vision, tears / photophobia, headache / dizziness, insomnia, eye redness, diplopia, loss of appetite, foreign body sensation / burning sensation. The main causes were reduced tear secretion, unstable tear film and abnormal tarsal gland function.
