【摘要】:目的了解長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)居民主要飲水暴露參數(shù)情況,為評(píng)價(jià)長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)居民對(duì)水中化學(xué)污染物暴露和健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。方法于2011年11月—2012年5月采用多階段整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,從長(zhǎng)沙市隨機(jī)選取所轄的兩個(gè)地區(qū)中18歲及以上居民進(jìn)行主要飲水暴露參數(shù)的調(diào)查,并通過問卷調(diào)查和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)量具相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行入戶調(diào)查,獲得當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦娘嬎闆r。結(jié)果長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)居民飲用水源主要以自來水和泉水為主,分別占49.7%,24.9%,飲水量中位數(shù)為1 575 ml/d,居民夏季飲水量(2 180 ml/d)春、秋季(1 400 ml/d)冬季(1 225 ml/d),男性飲水量(1 650 ml/d)高于女性(1 475 ml/d),飲水量隨年齡的增大而增加,60歲及以上居民飲水量最高(1 875 ml/d),18~44歲居民飲水量最低(1 500 ml/d),城市居民飲水量(1 600 ml/d)高于農(nóng)村居民(1 555 ml/d),飲水量隨體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)的升高而增加,超重人群(BMI≥24.0 kg/m2)的飲水量最高(1 555 ml/d),偏瘦人群(BMI18.5 kg/m2)的飲水量最低(1 400 ml/d),高中畢業(yè)人群飲水量最多(1 650 ml/d),本科及以上人群飲水量最低(1 450 ml/d),且飲水量在不同性別、年齡、城鄉(xiāng)、BMI、文化程度和季節(jié)等因素中存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)居民飲水量受性別、年齡、城鄉(xiāng)、BMI、文化程度、季節(jié)等因素的影響,在評(píng)價(jià)人體對(duì)水中污染物暴露和健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)綜合考慮各因素條件下的飲水量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the main drinking water exposure parameters of residents in Changsha, and to provide a basis for evaluating the exposure and health risk of chemical pollutants in water. Methods from November 2011 to May 2012, a multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the main drinking water exposure parameters of residents aged 18 years and above in two districts under the jurisdiction of Changsha City. The drinking water condition of local residents was obtained by means of questionnaire survey and standard measurement. Results the main sources of drinking water in Changsha area were tap water and spring water, accounting for 49.7% and 24.9% respectively. The median drinking water was 1 575 ml / d, and the residents drank 2 180 ml / d in summer.
