【摘要】：隨著各國食品接觸材料中雙酚A(BPA)限制法規(guī)和標準的出臺,中國食品接觸材料出口面臨著嚴峻的技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘。本文介紹了美國、加拿大、歐盟、日本、法國等多個國家和組織以及我國食品接觸材料中BPA的限制法規(guī)、限量標準以及檢測方法,對其差異性進行了分析比較和歸納總結(jié),并提出對我國食品接觸材料中BPA限制法規(guī)和檢測標準的建議,以期為國內(nèi)相關(guān)企業(yè)、檢測機構(gòu)、標準化委員會和監(jiān)管部門提供有效指導。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the regulations and standards on the restriction of bisphenol A (BPA) in food contact materials, the export of food contact materials in China is facing severe technical barriers to trade. This paper introduces the limitation regulations, limited standards and detection methods of BPA in many countries and organizations such as the United States, Canada, European Union, Japan, France and our country. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on the regulation of BPA limitation and inspection standard in food contact materials in China, with a view to providing effective guidance for domestic enterprises, testing organizations, standardization committees and regulatory departments.
