上海3個海港口岸入境船舶蚊媒傳播防制現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:研究背景 近年來,隨著全球經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,國際貿(mào)易不斷得到推進,經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展進程越來越快。隨著交通技術(shù)的突飛猛進,航運、空運和陸路運輸變得越來越便捷,人員和貨物在國際間的流動日益頻繁。由于國家與國家、地區(qū)與地區(qū)之間的頻繁交流,打破了疾病爆發(fā)流行的生態(tài)地域限制,為傳染病及其媒介生物的傳播,提供了人為的便利,因此,目前國際貿(mào)易已經(jīng)成為傳播傳染病的重要途徑。 研究目的 1、通過對上海口岸船舶和集裝箱檢疫情況分析,了解檢疫高峰期。 2、通過對上?诎段妹角闆r分析,掌握蚊媒傳染病高?诎逗蛡鞑テ。 3、通過對蚊媒傳染病傳播情況分析,對蚊媒防制工作提供實際依據(jù)。 4、通過對口岸衛(wèi)生處理情況分析,研究蚊媒傳播風險控制和防制對策。 研究方法 采用描述性研究方法。數(shù)據(jù)采用EXCEL軟件和EpiData3.1軟件錄入,根據(jù)資料類型和數(shù)據(jù)分布特征采用SPSS11.5軟件進行統(tǒng)計描述與分析,研究資料中,計量數(shù)據(jù)為正態(tài)分布,計算均數(shù);數(shù)據(jù)為偏態(tài)分布,計算最大值、最小值。對計數(shù)數(shù)據(jù),計算百分率、構(gòu)成比等。 研究結(jié)果 1.洋山口岸蚊媒入侵風險最大,外高橋口岸其次、吳淞口岸第三。 2.口岸蚊媒入侵高峰月份為5-10月份,庫蚊為主,按蚊、伊蚊其次。 3.海港口岸對入侵蚊媒衛(wèi)生處理以噴灑為主,熏蒸處理開展不足。 建議 1.建立健全法律法規(guī),完善衛(wèi)生檢疫技術(shù)規(guī)范 2.加強交通工具檢疫風險控制,針對敏感時段開展重點監(jiān)管 3.加強蚊媒控制,建立媒介監(jiān)管綜合體系 4.科學、有效開展衛(wèi)生處理,積極推動復(fù)合處理技術(shù)使用
[Abstract]:Research background In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy, international trade has been continuously promoted, and economic globalization is developing faster and faster. With the rapid development of transportation technology, shipping, air transportation and land transportation become more and more convenient, and the international movement of people and goods becomes more and more frequent. Because of the frequent exchanges between countries, regions and regions, which broke the ecological and geographical limits of epidemic outbreaks and provided artificial facilities for the spread of infectious diseases and their vectors, At present, international trade has become an important way to spread infectious diseases. Research purpose 1. Through the analysis of the quarantine of ships and containers at Shanghai Port, we can understand the peak period of quarantine. 2. Through the analysis of mosquito vector situation at Shanghai Port, we can master the high risk port and transmission period of mosquito borne infectious disease. 3. Through the analysis of the transmission of mosquito-borne infectious diseases, the practical basis for mosquito vector control is provided. 4. Through the analysis of sanitary treatment at port, the risk control and control measures of mosquito vector transmission were studied. Research method The descriptive research method was used. EXCEL and EpiData3.1 software are used to input the data. According to the data types and data distribution characteristics, the statistical description and analysis are carried out by SPSS11.5 software. In the research data, the metrological data is normal distribution, the calculated mean is calculated, the data is skewed distribution, and the maximum value is calculated. Minimum value. To count data, calculate percentage, composition ratio, etc. Research results 1. Yangshan Port mosquito invasion risk, Waigaoqiao Port, Wusong Port, the third. 2. Strengthen the risk control of vehicle quarantine and carry out key supervision for sensitive period 3. Strengthen mosquito vector control and establish a comprehensive system of vector supervision 4. Scientific, effective sanitary treatment, actively promote the use of composite treatment technology
