【摘要】：目的分析2004—2013年鐵強化醬油(鐵醬油,IFSS)項目對中國人群貧血發(fā)生率持續(xù)下降的作用,了解鐵醬油項目對貧血的預(yù)防和控制作用。方法通過對已報道的鐵醬油隨機雙盲對照干預(yù)試驗進行Meta分析,確定鐵醬油對貧血的作用。根據(jù)鐵醬油產(chǎn)量及消費人群數(shù)據(jù)并結(jié)合2002年全國營養(yǎng)調(diào)查和2015年中國居民營養(yǎng)與慢病狀況數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。通過確定鐵醬油消費人群貧血率變化,來推斷鐵醬油對貧血發(fā)生率下降的歸因。結(jié)果 Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,食用IFSS人群的貧血率約為不食用IFSS人群貧血率的27%。鐵醬油10年間達到有效覆蓋時間的覆蓋人數(shù)為1.86億,其中2849萬人貧血通過鐵醬油得到改善。采用鐵醬油每改善一名貧血患者的成本為0.12元。結(jié)論鐵醬油項目對居民貧血發(fā)生率持續(xù)下降有一定作用,歸因占到23.2%,但仍存在不確定因素,可導(dǎo)致分析結(jié)果的偏差。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of iron-fortified soy sauce (IFSS) on anemia incidence in Chinese population from 2004 to 2013, and to understand the prevention and control effect of iron soy sauce on anemia. Methods the effect of iron soy sauce on anemia was determined by Meta analysis. Based on the data of iron soy sauce production and consumption, combined with the national nutrition survey in 2002 and the data of Chinese residents' nutritional and chronic diseases in 2015, the data were analyzed. By determining the change of anemia rate in iron soy sauce consuming population, the attribution of iron soy sauce to the decrease of anemia rate was inferred. Results the results of Meta analysis showed that the anemia rate of IFSS group was about 27% of that of non-eating IFSS group. The number of people who reached effective coverage in 10 years was 186 million, of which 28.49 million had anaemia improved through iron soy sauce. The cost of using iron soy sauce to improve one anemia patient was 0.12 yuan. Conclusion Iron soy sauce has a certain effect on the incidence of anemia in residents, which accounts for 23.20.But there are still some uncertain factors, which can lead to the deviation of the analysis results.
