【摘要】：目的研究山東省某市空氣質(zhì)量與某院呼吸科門(mén)診人次的關(guān)系。方法在中國(guó)空氣質(zhì)量在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)分析平臺(tái)中查詢(xún)得到濟(jì)南市空氣質(zhì)量各指標(biāo)的相關(guān)資料,同時(shí)提取山東省某三甲醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科2014年的門(mén)診量,首先對(duì)濟(jì)南市空氣質(zhì)量和呼吸科門(mén)診量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述,然后采用Pearson相關(guān)分析和廣義泊松模型探索空氣質(zhì)量各指標(biāo)與呼吸科門(mén)診量的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 2014年濟(jì)南市空氣污染嚴(yán)重,尤其是冬季的空氣污染更加嚴(yán)重;呼吸科門(mén)診冬、春季患病人數(shù)多;空氣質(zhì)量各指標(biāo)與呼吸科門(mén)診量的相關(guān)性分析表明,溫度和O_3與呼吸科門(mén)診量存在負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),AQI、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、SO_2等指標(biāo)與呼吸科門(mén)診量存在正相關(guān)(P0.05);通過(guò)廣義泊松模型分析,調(diào)整非線(xiàn)性因素、星期一效應(yīng)等因素以后,空氣質(zhì)量指數(shù)(AQI)日均濃度每增加10個(gè)單位,呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病門(mén)診人次平均增長(zhǎng)1.51%。結(jié)論濟(jì)南市的空氣污染狀況以及某院的呼吸科門(mén)診量均存在明顯的季節(jié)特征;空氣質(zhì)量各指標(biāo)除濕度外均與呼吸科門(mén)診量存在相關(guān)性,并且空氣質(zhì)量指標(biāo)對(duì)門(mén)診量的影響存在滯后效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between air quality and respiratory outpatient visits in a city of Shandong Province. Methods the relevant data of air quality indexes in Jinan City were obtained from the air quality online monitoring and analysis platform in China, and the outpatient data of Department of Respiratory Medicine of a third Class A Hospital in Shandong Province in 2014 were extracted at the same time. First, the air quality and respiratory outpatient quantity in Jinan were statistically described, and then the relationship between air quality and respiratory outpatient quantity was explored by Pearson correlation analysis and generalized Poisson model. Results the air pollution was serious in Jinan city in 2014, especially in winter. There is a negative correlation between temperature and O _ 3 and the number of out-patients in the respiratory department. There is a positive correlation between the indexes such as temperature and O _ 3 and the number of out-patients in the respiratory department, such as P0.05, P0.05. after adjusting the nonlinear factors, Monday effect, and so on, after adjusting the factors such as the nonlinear factors, Monday effect, etc, there is a positive correlation between the indexes of temperature and O _ 3 and the number of out-patients in the respiratory department. For every 10 units of increase in average daily air quality index (AQI) concentration, the average number of outpatient visits to respiratory diseases increased by 1.51kum. Conclusion there are obvious seasonal characteristics of air pollution in Jinan city and the outpatient quantity of respiratory department in one hospital, and the air quality indexes are correlated with the outpatient quantity of respiratory department except humidity. And the influence of air quality index on outpatient quantity has hysteresis effect.
