江西省血吸蟲中間宿主分布現(xiàn)狀研究Ⅰ鄱陽湖區(qū)釘螺分布態(tài)勢分析

【摘要】:目的掌握鄱陽湖區(qū)草洲釘螺分布現(xiàn)狀,為制訂和調(diào)整湖區(qū)血吸蟲病防治對策提供依據(jù)。方法對鄱陽湖區(qū)草洲空間數(shù)據(jù)庫按200 m×200 m創(chuàng)造矢量網(wǎng)格,對網(wǎng)格進(jìn)行隨機(jī)抽樣,并對抽取的網(wǎng)格以50 m×50 m開展系統(tǒng)抽樣法調(diào)查螺情;同時以2009年鄱陽湖區(qū)湖底地形圖為基礎(chǔ)提取所有調(diào)查螺點(diǎn)的高程數(shù)據(jù),分析有螺點(diǎn)的平均高程和極值,明確釘螺在草洲分布高程范圍。結(jié)果鄱陽湖區(qū)南湖和北湖分別選取網(wǎng)格樣本949個和210個,占各自區(qū)域總樣本的3.04%和3.21%;共調(diào)查螺點(diǎn)15 231框(每框面積為0.1 m~2),有螺框出現(xiàn)率8.15%,活螺平均密度為0.463只/0.1 m~2;鄱陽湖區(qū)南湖和北湖有螺區(qū)域高程分布分別為11~16 m和9~16 m,南湖密螺帶分布高程為12~13 m和15~16 m,北湖密螺帶分布高程為12~14 m。結(jié)論鄱陽湖區(qū)草洲釘螺分布在9~16 m的高程范圍內(nèi),湖區(qū)適宜釘螺孳生,繁殖生境已向鄱陽湖北部及下高程區(qū)移動。在今后的血吸蟲病防治工作中,可依據(jù)現(xiàn)行釘螺孳生的地理特點(diǎn),制定出更為科學(xué)的防治措施,進(jìn)一步鞏固血吸蟲病防治成果。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the distribution of Oncomelania hupensis in Poyang Lake region, and to provide basis for making and adjusting the control strategy of schistosomiasis in Poyang Lake region. Methods Vector grid was created in Caozhou spatial database of Poyang Lake region, and random sampling was carried out on the grid, and the snail condition was investigated by systematic sampling method with 50 m 脳 50 m grid. At the same time, based on the topographic map of Poyang Lake region in 2009, the elevation data of all the snail spots were extracted, the mean height and extreme value of snail spot were analyzed, and the range of the distribution elevation of snail in Caozhou was determined. Results 949 and 210 grid samples were selected from South Lake and Northern Lake, respectively, in Poyang Lake region. A total of 15,231 snail points (0.1 mm2 per box) were investigated, and the average density of live snails was 0.463 / 0.1 mm2. The elevation distribution in the South Lake and Northern Lake of Poyang Lake was 1116 m and 916 m, respectively. The distribution height of the snail belt in the South Lake is 1213m and 1516m in the North Lake, and the height of the snail belt in the North Lake is 124m. Conclusion Oncomelania hupensis distributes in the range of 9 ~ 16m in Poyang Lake area, and the breeding habitat has moved to the north and lower elevation areas of Poyang Lake. In the future prevention and control of schistosomiasis, according to the current geographical characteristics of snail breeding, more scientific control measures can be worked out to further consolidate the results of schistosomiasis control.
