2011—2014年廣西居民生活飲用水碘含量調查

【摘要】:目的掌握廣西外環(huán)境水碘分布狀況,建立該地區(qū)水碘數(shù)據(jù)庫。方法每個縣區(qū)隨機選擇5個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),每個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)隨機選擇4個行政村,每個行政村隨機選擇1個自然村作為監(jiān)測點。分散式供水按"東西南北中"5個方位,各采集1份居民飲用水水樣;集中式供水則選擇2戶,各采集1份末梢水水樣。在全區(qū)109個縣區(qū)的2 115個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)7 735個行政村14 187個自然村共采集26 704份水樣,采用水碘檢測試劑盒測定水碘濃度。結果水碘中位數(shù)為2.20μg/L,平均值為6.47μg/L。其中,水碘10μg/L的水樣占86.28%,10~150μg/L的占13.59%,150μg/L的占0.13%。結論廣西絕大部分區(qū)域屬于缺碘地區(qū),缺碘地區(qū)嚴重程度從西北向東南隨地勢傾斜稍有改善,未發(fā)現(xiàn)高碘地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the distribution of water iodine in the external environment of Guangxi and to establish the water iodine database in this area. Methods five villages and towns were randomly selected in each county, 4 administrative villages in each township, and one natural village as a monitoring point in each administrative village. One sample of drinking water was collected in each of the five directions of "East, West, North, South and Middle", while two households were selected for centralized water supply, and one sample of peripheral water was collected for each of them. A total of 26 704 water samples were collected from 2 115 townships and 7 735 administrative villages in 109 counties in the whole region. The water iodine concentration was determined by water iodine detection kit. Results the median iodine in water was 2.20 渭 g / L and the average was 6.47 渭 g / L. Among them, water samples of 10 渭 g / L of iodine in water account for 86.28 渭 g / L and 10 渭 g / L for 13.59 渭 g / L, and 0.13 for 150 渭 g / L of iodine. Conclusion most of the regions in Guangxi belong to iodine deficiency areas, and the severity of iodine deficiency areas from northwest to southeast is slightly improved with topographic tilt, and no high iodine area is found.
