【摘要】：目的對幼兒園兒童手足口病發(fā)病影響因素進(jìn)行分析,為制定手足口病防制策略提供參考和借鑒。方法 2015年在深圳市18家幼兒園中開展手部衛(wèi)生干預(yù),在干預(yù)開始前對全部8 275名兒童的基本情況進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,2015年4—10月對以上兒童的手足口病發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行持續(xù)監(jiān)測。結(jié)果監(jiān)測期間共有122名兒童發(fā)生手足口病,其中9名兒童為二次發(fā)病。單因素分析表明,干預(yù)組兒童手足口病發(fā)病率(0.9%)明顯低于對照組(2.5%)(χ~2=33.154,P0.001),年齡越小手足口病發(fā)病率越高;居住在住宅小區(qū)的兒童手足口病發(fā)病率(1.7%)高于居住城中村者(2.5%)(χ~2=14.019,P0.001)。多因素回歸分析表明,手部衛(wèi)生干預(yù)可顯著降低兒童手足口病發(fā)病風(fēng)險(OR=0.404,95%CI=0.272~0.601),而年齡較小、家庭平均月收入較低、居住在住宅小區(qū)、主要監(jiān)護(hù)人學(xué)歷較高的兒童,手足口病發(fā)病風(fēng)險較高。結(jié)論手部衛(wèi)生干預(yù)可顯著降低幼兒園兒童的手足口病發(fā)病風(fēng)險,同時兒童手足口病發(fā)病情況還受年齡、家庭收入、居住地、監(jiān)護(hù)人學(xué)歷等多種因素影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influencing factors of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in kindergarten children, and to provide reference and reference for the prevention and control strategy of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods hand hygiene intervention was carried out in 18 kindergartens in Shenzhen in 2015. The basic situation of all 8275 children was investigated before the intervention. From 4 to October 2015, the above children were investigated. The incidence of hand foot and mouth disease was monitored continuously. A total of 122 children had hand foot and mouth disease during the monitoring period, of which 9 children were two times. The single factor analysis showed that the incidence of hand foot and mouth disease (0.9%) in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (2.5%) (x ~2=33.154, P0.001), the higher the age of hand foot and mouth disease, the higher the incidence of hand foot and mouth disease; residence in the house The incidence of hand foot and mouth disease in children (1.7%) was higher than that in the villages in the residential city (2.5%) (x ~2=14.019, P0.001). Multiple factor regression analysis showed that hand hygiene intervention could significantly reduce the risk of hand foot and mouth disease (OR=0.404,95%CI=0.272~0.601) in children, but the age was smaller, the average monthly income of the family was lower, and the main guardians lived in the residential district. The risk of hand foot and mouth disease in kindergarten children is significantly reduced by hand health intervention, and the incidence of hand foot and mouth disease in children is also influenced by many factors, such as age, family income, residence, guardian education and so on.
