【摘要】：本文基于歷史和環(huán)境視角分析了全球環(huán)境與衛(wèi)生之間關(guān)聯(lián)性的科學(xué)認(rèn)知的變化。環(huán)境問題對(duì)人類健康的影響越來(lái)越受到國(guó)際社會(huì)的關(guān)注和重視,現(xiàn)有科學(xué)研究已充分證明,環(huán)境問題與人類健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)之間存在明顯的因果關(guān)系,環(huán)境問題是導(dǎo)致人類各種疾病的重大因素之一;從全球?qū)用鎸?duì)環(huán)境問題的健康影響進(jìn)行量化研究是當(dāng)前相關(guān)研究的重點(diǎn)、亮點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),目前國(guó)際上在研究方法和具體結(jié)論上都存在許多分歧,但定量研究方興未艾;如何將現(xiàn)有的科學(xué)認(rèn)知與全球?qū)用娴恼咧贫ㄅc實(shí)施有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái)是擺在全球環(huán)境與衛(wèi)生治理面前的一大課題。
[Abstract]:Based on the historical and environmental perspectives, this paper analyzes the changes in scientific cognition of the relationship between global environment and health. The impact of environmental problems on human health has been paid more and more attention to by the international community. Existing scientific studies have fully proved that there is a clear causal relationship between environmental problems and human health risks. Environmental problems are one of the major factors leading to various diseases in human beings. Quantitative research on the health effects of environmental problems at the global level is the focus, highlight and difficulty of current relevant research. At present, there are many differences in research methods and specific conclusions in the world, but quantitative research is in the ascendant. How to combine the existing scientific cognition with the policy making and implementation at the global level is a major topic in front of global environmental and health governance.
