【摘要】：目的了解江西省九江地區(qū)2010年與2015年2~10歲入托入學兒童麻疹抗體水平,為探討阻斷麻疹傳播策略提供參考。方法于2010年和2015年開展學齡兒童麻疹免疫水平血清流行病學調查,分離血清后采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗檢測抗體。結果 2015年共調查兒童612名,2010年共調查兒童774名,各年齡組麻疹—風疹二聯(lián)疫苗(MR)、麻疹—腮腺炎—風疹三聯(lián)疫苗(MMR)接種率均超過95%;城郊兒童麻疹Ig G抗體水平均低于城區(qū),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。2015年的城郊、城區(qū)、男童、女童和2歲組兒童的GMT均低于2010年,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。2015年2歲兒童的抗體陽性率為67.4%(95%CI=58.7%~72.3%),低于2010年的78.5%(95%CI=73.8%~83.9%)(χ~2=45.491,P0.05)。3~6歲組麻疹抗體陽性率較2歲組上升,但隨后抗體陽性率出現下降趨勢。結論應進一步加強郊區(qū)兒童、2歲組兒童麻疹監(jiān)測,以及兒童入學入托接種證查驗工作,預防麻疹在幼兒園和小學的流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the measles antibody levels of children aged 2 ~ 10 years in Jiujiang district of Jiangxi province in 2010 and 2015, and to provide a reference for the strategy of interdicting measles transmission.Methods A seroepidemiological survey was carried out in 2010 and 2015 on the measles immunization level of school children. The serum was isolated and tested for antibodies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).Results 612 children were investigated in 2015 and 774 children were investigated in 2010. The coverage rates of measles rubella vaccine MRN, measles mumps and rubella vaccine MMRs in all age groups exceeded 95%, and the measles IgG antibody level of children in suburbs was lower than that in urban areas.The GMT of suburb, urban area, boys, girls and children aged 2 years in 2015 was lower than that in 2010.In 2015, the positive rate of measles antibody in children aged 2 years was 67.4g / 95, 58.7% and 72.3% respectively, which was lower than that in 2010 (78.5%) and 73.89% (蠂 ~ 25.491P 0.05 .36 years old). The positive rate of measles antibody in children aged 2 years was higher than that in the group of 2 years old, but the positive rate of measles antibody had a downward trend.Conclusion the surveillance of measles in children aged 2 years in suburban areas and the examination of children's school attendance certificate should be strengthened to prevent the prevalence of measles in kindergartens and primary schools.
