【摘要】：目的研究GB 5749—2006《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中常規(guī)監(jiān)測指示菌與介水傳染病之間的相關(guān)性。方法從公共衛(wèi)生科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)中心獲取2014年全國介水傳染病發(fā)病數(shù)據(jù)和飲用水常規(guī)指示菌監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù);采用主成分分析對全國22個省市常規(guī)指示菌合格率作排名和分級;對常規(guī)指示菌與介水傳染病及常規(guī)指示菌間的相關(guān)性采用Spearman偏相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果在22個省市飲用水常規(guī)指示菌合格率分級中,黑龍江省、江蘇省、北京市和河北省等級較高�？菟陂g除總大腸菌群水平與副傷寒發(fā)病率呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)外,其他指示菌與疾病之間均無顯著相關(guān)性;4種常規(guī)指示菌間均兩兩呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。豐水期間除總大腸菌群水平與傷寒、副傷寒發(fā)病率呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)外,其他指示菌與疾病之間無顯著相關(guān)性;除大腸埃希菌與菌落總數(shù)無顯著相關(guān)性外,其他常規(guī)指示菌間兩兩呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論 GB 5749—2006中的常規(guī)指示菌與介水傳染病相關(guān)性并不顯著,建議進一步進行常規(guī)指示菌與介水傳染病相關(guān)性的定量研究及探尋新型指示菌。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between routine surveillance of indicator bacteria and infectious diseases in drinking water standard GB 5749-2006.Methods the data of infectious diseases and routine indicator bacteria in drinking water were collected from the Public Health Science data Center in 2014, and the qualified rate of routine indicator bacteria in 22 provinces and cities were ranked and graded by principal component analysis (PCA).Spearman partial correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between conventional indicator bacteria and infectious diseases.Results in 22 provinces and cities, the grade of qualified bacteria in drinking water was higher than that in Heilongjiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Beijing City and Hebei Province.There was no significant correlation between the total coliform group level and the incidence of paratyphoid fever (P0.05), but there was no significant correlation between the other indicator bacteria and the disease.Except for the total coliform group level and the incidence of typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever, there was no significant correlation between the total coliform group level and the incidence rate of paratyphoid fever (P0.05), but there was no significant correlation between the other indicator bacteria and the disease, except Escherichia coli and the total number of bacteria.There was a positive correlation among other routine indicator bacteria.Conclusion there is no significant correlation between conventional indicator bacteria and intermediate water infectious diseases in GB 5749-2006. It is suggested that further quantitative study on the relationship between conventional indicator bacteria and intermediate water infectious diseases should be carried out and a new type of indicator bacteria should be explored.
