【摘要】：目的通過母乳喂養(yǎng)和人工喂養(yǎng)兩種喂養(yǎng)方式來喂養(yǎng)嬰兒,探討不同喂養(yǎng)方式對嬰兒生長發(fā)育以及貧血率的影響,為指導(dǎo)嬰兒合理營養(yǎng)提供依據(jù)。 方法選取135例出生后20天-3月齡的健康嬰兒,將其分為母乳喂養(yǎng)組和人工喂養(yǎng)兩組。以兩種不同的喂養(yǎng)方式喂養(yǎng)3個月。在試驗過程中分別測定體重、身長、頭圍、胸圍、上臂圍、上臂長、前臂長、腿長等各項體格發(fā)育指標(biāo)4次,血紅蛋白2次,適應(yīng)性、大運動、精細(xì)運動、語言、個人-社交等各項行為智力發(fā)育指標(biāo)2次。采用重復(fù)測量資料的方差分析,兩獨立樣本的t檢驗,非參數(shù)檢驗,卡方檢驗等方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。 結(jié)果本次試驗中,有效受試嬰兒107例,人工喂養(yǎng)組69例,母乳喂養(yǎng)組38例。 1.4次測量后嬰兒上臂圍在母乳喂養(yǎng)組和人工喂養(yǎng)組間有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05),體重、頭圍、前臂長、上臂長、腿長在母乳喂養(yǎng)組和人工喂養(yǎng)組間無顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。 2.貧血率在試驗前后兩組間無顯著性差異(P=0.05)。 3.適應(yīng)性、大運動、精細(xì)運動、語言、個人-社交各項指標(biāo)測試分值試驗前后在人工喂養(yǎng)組、母乳喂養(yǎng)組間均無顯著性差異(P0.05)。 結(jié)論母乳喂養(yǎng)與人工喂養(yǎng)對6個月內(nèi)嬰兒體格發(fā)育、行為智力發(fā)育影響無差別。母乳喂養(yǎng)嬰兒貧血率低于人工喂養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of different feeding methods on the growth and development of infants and the rate of anemia in order to provide the basis for guiding the rational nutrition of infants by breast-feeding and artificial feeding.Methods 135 healthy infants aged 20 days after birth were divided into two groups: breast-feeding group and artificial feeding group.Two different feeding methods were used for 3 months.Body weight, body length, head circumference, chest circumference, upper arm circumference, upper arm length, forearm length, leg length and other physical development indexes were measured in the course of the experiment.Individual-social and other behavioral intelligence development indicators 2 times.The analysis of variance of repeated measurement data, t-test of two independent samples, non-parametric test, chi-square test and so on are used for statistical analysis.Results there were 107 effective infants, 69 artificial feeding and 38 breast feeding.After 1.4 times of measurement, there was significant difference in the upper arm circumference between breast-feeding group and artificial feeding group. There was no significant difference in body weight, head circumference, forearm length, upper arm length and leg length between breast-feeding group and artificial feeding group (P 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in anemia rate between the two groups before and after the test.3.There was no significant difference between the artificial feeding group and the breast feeding group before and after the test of adaptability, large movement, fine movement, language, personal and social factors (P 0.05).Conclusion there is no difference between breast feeding and artificial feeding on physical development and behavioral intelligence development of infants within 6 months.The rate of anemia in breast-fed infants was lower than that in artificial feeding.
