【摘要】：目的探討河源市龍川縣羅西村留守學齡兒童的健康狀況。方法對河源市龍川縣羅西村178名5~15歲留守學齡兒童進行常規(guī)體格檢查,并與適齡兒童身高、體重標準值進行比較;全血微量元素含量檢測、地中海貧血基因檢測及13、18、21號染色體非整倍體快速檢測,綜合評估留守兒童的健康狀況。選取年齡及性別相近的180例全血微量元素含量正常的健康體檢兒童作對照(正常對照組)。結果該地區(qū)留守兒童身高和體重明顯低于正常適齡兒童(P0.05,P0.01)。全血鋅和鐵元素含量明顯低于正常對照組(P0.05,P0.01),分別為(78.3±12.6)μmol/L和(8.11±0.72)mmol/L,其他微量元素水平與正常對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。檢測到26名兒童攜帶地中海貧血基因,其中α地中海貧血18名,β地中海貧血8名。有1名疑似唐氏綜合征的兒童通過13、18、21號染色體非整倍體快速檢測方法確定為21-三體。結論河源市龍川縣羅西村留守學齡兒童普遍身材矮小,鋅和鐵等微量元素缺乏現(xiàn)象比較普遍。應及時補充必需的微量元素,并給予優(yōu)生優(yōu)育知識的健康宣教,以提高當?shù)厝罕姷慕】狄庾R,改善留守兒童的健康狀況和生活質量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health status of school children in Luoxi Village, Longchuan County, Heyuan City.Methods 178 children in Luoxi Village, Longchuan County, Heyuan City, were examined by routine physical examination and compared with the standard values of height and weight of children of school age, and the contents of trace elements in whole blood were detected.The health status of left-behind children was evaluated by rapid detection of thalassemia gene and aneuploidy on chromosome 131,21.180 healthy children with normal trace elements in whole blood were selected as control group.Results the height and weight of left-behind children in this area were significantly lower than that of normal school-age children.The contents of Zn and Fe in whole blood were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P 0.05, P 0.01) 渭 mol/L (78.3 鹵12.6) 渭 mol/L and 8.11 鹵0.72 渭 mol / L, respectively. There was no significant difference in the levels of other trace elements between the two groups.Twenty-six children with thalassemia gene were detected, including 18 偽 -thalassemia and 8 尾 -thalassemia.One child suspected to have Down syndrome was identified as 21-trisomy by rapid detection of chromosomal aneuploidy 13 and 21.Conclusion Left-behind school-age children in Luoxi Village, Longchuan County, Heyuan City, are generally short in stature and lack of trace elements such as zinc and iron.The necessary trace elements should be replenished in time and health education should be given in order to improve the health consciousness of the local people and improve the health status and quality of life of the children left behind.
