【摘要】:目的研究北京市成年居民在外就餐人口特征、不同特征人群在不同餐次(早餐、午餐、晚餐)的在外就餐情況。方法從北京市參與2010—2012年中國居民營養(yǎng)與健康狀況監(jiān)測的人群中,選取18歲及以上參加3天24小時膳食調(diào)查的居民作為研究對象進行分析。結(jié)果北京市成年居民在外就餐率為34.2%,男性高于女性;18~29歲人群高于其他年齡組;城區(qū)居民高于郊區(qū)居民;未婚者高于其他婚姻狀態(tài)者;文化程度越高,在外就餐率越高;高收入人群高于低收入人群。北京市成年居民在外就早、午、晚餐率分別為20.0%、28.2%和11.3%。結(jié)論性別、年齡、地區(qū)、婚姻狀況、文化程度和收入水平,均與是否選擇在外就餐有關。居民在外就午餐率高于早餐和晚餐。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the population characteristics of adults eating out in Beijing and the situation of eating out in different meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).Methods from 2010 to 2012, the residents aged 18 and above who participated in the 3-day 24-hour dietary survey in Beijing were selected to analyze the nutritional and health status of Chinese residents.Results the rate of eating out in Beijing was 34.2%, the male was higher than female 1829 years old, the urban residents were higher than the suburban residents, the unmarried people were higher than other marital status, the higher the education level, the higher the rate of eating out.The high income group is higher than the low income group.The rates of 20. 0% and 11. 3% were 20. 0% and 11. 3% respectively.Conclusion Sex, age, area, marital status, education level and income level are all related to eating out.Residents go out for lunch at a higher rate than breakfast and dinner.
