【摘要】：目的了解佳木斯市城鄉(xiāng)小學生兒童忽視現(xiàn)況,比較城鄉(xiāng)兒童忽視發(fā)生情況,為制定相應的預防措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法,隨機抽取佳木斯市城區(qū)及農(nóng)村各三所學校2 489名小學生,男女比例均衡,構(gòu)成比為1∶1.06。采用"中國城區(qū)小學生忽視評價常模"及"中國農(nóng)村小學生忽視評價常模"中規(guī)定的量表進行問卷調(diào)查,應用SPSS 19.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果城鄉(xiāng)1~3年級的忽視率及忽視度為37.01%、52.56%和(42.97±7.59)、(48.01±8.69),4~6年級的忽視率及忽視度25.71%、53.25%和(43.62±8.97)、(47.15±9.92)。城鄉(xiāng)小學生的忽視率(1~3年級:醊2=25.66,P0.001;4~6年級:醊2=100.81,P0.001)及忽視度(1~3年級:t=-9.58,P0.001;4~6年級:t=-6.77,P0.001)比較,農(nóng)村高于城區(qū);按性別劃分,城鄉(xiāng)男生忽視率(1~3年級:醊2=8.38,P=0.004;4~6年級:醊2=69.79,P0.001)及忽視度(1~3年級:t=-7.12,P0.001;4~6年級:t=-3.69,P0.001)比較,農(nóng)村高于城市,農(nóng)村女生的忽視率(1~3年級:醊2=20.09,P0.001;4~6年級:醊2=56.59,P0.001)及忽視度(1~3年級組:t=-9.12,P0.001;4~6年級組:t=-6.02,P0.001)高于城區(qū)女生;僅1~3年級組情感忽視層面城鄉(xiāng)小學生的忽視率間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;農(nóng)村男生的忽視率除1~3年級組情感層面外均高于城區(qū)男生;4~6年級組農(nóng)村女生則除醫(yī)療忽視外,在其他層面忽視度均高于城區(qū)女生。結(jié)論佳木斯地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)小學生受忽視均較嚴重,且農(nóng)村小學生受到的忽視頻度及強度較大。社會各界應加強對小學生,尤其是對農(nóng)村小學生的關注,從而預防兒童忽視的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of child neglect in primary school students in Jiamusi city, compare the incidence of neglect in urban and rural areas, and provide the basis for making corresponding preventive measures.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 2489 pupils from three schools in Jiamusi city and three rural areas. The ratio of male to female was equal to that of male and female, and the composition ratio was 1: 1.06.The questionnaire survey was conducted by using the scale of "norms of neglect evaluation of primary school students in Chinese urban areas" and "norms of neglect evaluation of primary school students in rural areas of China", and the statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS 19.0 software.Results the neglect rate and neglect degree of grade 1 and grade 3 in urban and rural areas were 52.56% and 48.01 鹵8.69 respectively and 48.01 鹵8.69 and 25.71% and 43.62 鹵8.97 鹵8.97 鹵9.92% in grade 6 and 42.97 鹵7.59 respectively in urban and rural areas, and 53.25% and 43.62 鹵8.97% in grade 6 and 47.15 鹵9.92% respectively.The neglect rate of primary school students in urban and rural areas was higher than that in urban areas.The neglect rate of male students in urban and rural areas was higher than that in urban and rural areas compared with that in Grade 6, Grade 6, Grade 69.79, Grade 6 and Grade 1, Grade 3, Grade 1: TU -7.12, Grade 0.001, Grade 6, Grade 6: TU -3.6U, P0.001, comparing with Grade 3, Grade 3: TU -3.6U P0.001 for male students in urban and rural areas, the rate of neglect was 8.38% and 8.38%, respectively, and grade 6, Grade 6, was higher than that in cities.鍐滄潙濂崇敓鐨勫拷瑙嗙巼(1~3騫寸駭:閱，
