【摘要】：目的分析近年來(lái)宣城市宣州區(qū)手足口病流行特征和發(fā)病趨勢(shì),為手足口病防控提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)宣州區(qū)2009-2013年手足口病監(jiān)測(cè)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果2009-2013年宣州區(qū)手足口病發(fā)病呈波動(dòng)上升趨勢(shì)(χ~2_(趨勢(shì))=33.09,P0.001),每年出現(xiàn)兩次流行高峰,包括發(fā)生在春季的主高峰和秋冬季的次高峰。城區(qū)發(fā)病率高于農(nóng)村(χ~2=201.58,P0.001)男性發(fā)病率高于女性(χ~2=180.03,P0.001),發(fā)病以5歲及以下兒童為主(93.6%);病原以腸道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)為主與柯薩奇病毒A16型(COXsackie virus A16,CoxA16)和其他腸道病毒每隔1年呈交替上升和下降。結(jié)論近年來(lái),宣州區(qū)手足口病發(fā)病呈波動(dòng)上升趨勢(shì)發(fā)病具有明顯的季節(jié)性、地區(qū)性和人群性需重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)社區(qū)散居兒童手足口病防控工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics and incidence trend of hand-foot-mouth disease in Xuanzhou District of Xuancheng City in recent years. Methods the surveillance data of hand-foot-mouth disease from 2009 to 2013 in Xuanzhou District were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results the incidence of HFMD in Xuanzhou District showed an increasing trend (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2)) (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2)). There are two epidemic peaks a year, The incidence rate in urban area was higher than that in rural area (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 201.58 / P _ 0.001) and that in male was higher than that in female (蠂 ~ 2 / 180.03 / P _ 0.001), and mainly in children aged 5 and below. The main pathogen was enterovirus 71 enterovirus 71EV71) and coxsackie. COXsackie virus A16CoxA16) and other enterovirus increased alternately every one year. The incidence of HFMD in Xuanzhou district showed a fluctuating increasing trend. The prevention and control of HFMD in community scattered children should be emphasized.
