【摘要】：目的:建立液相色譜串接質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法快速分析肉食品中克侖特羅對映異構(gòu)體的方法,分析現(xiàn)有肉食品中克侖特羅對映異構(gòu)體的比值情況。方法:樣品經(jīng)勻漿處理后,酸化提取,MCX 6cc固相萃取柱純化,以流動相為10 mmol/L甲酸銨的甲醇為流動相,采用Astec CHIROBIOTICTM T 150 mm×2.1 mm×5μm色譜柱分離,電噴霧離子源,正離子多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測模式掃描分析檢測,D9-克侖特羅為內(nèi)標。采用該方法分析了85例含有克侖特羅肉食品中的R-(-)-克侖特羅與S-(+)-克侖特羅比值和分布情況。結(jié)果:R-(-)-克侖特羅和S-(+)-克侖特羅實現(xiàn)基線分離,方法的檢測限為0.1μg/kg,在添加的高、中、低三種濃度的相對回收率分布在81%~111%之間。結(jié)論:該方法樣品前處理簡單、快速、可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a rapid method for the determination of clenbuterol enantiomers in meat food by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and to analyze the ratio of clenbuterol enantiomers in meat food. The acid extraction was purified on a MCX 6cc solid-phase extraction column. The mobile phase was methanol with 10 mmol/L ammonium formate as the mobile phase. The column was separated by Astec CHIROBIOTICTM T 150mm 脳 2.1mm 脳 5 渭 m, and the electrospray ion source was used. In this paper, the ratio and distribution of R-O-clenbuterol and S-clenbuterol in 85 meat products containing clenbuterol were analyzed with this method. Lentro and S-Clenbuterol achieve baseline separation, The detection limit of the method was 0.1 渭 g / kg. The relative recoveries of the three concentrations of high, medium and low concentrations were between 81% and 111%. Conclusion: the method is simple, rapid and reliable.
