【摘要】：目的了解開封市某城區(qū)學生煙草流行行為狀況和相關影響因素,為制定學生控煙策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法,對開封市某城區(qū)9所學校27個班級共計1 546名學生的二手煙暴露情況進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果開封市某城區(qū)學生嘗試吸煙率為11.06%,現(xiàn)吸煙率為8.15%;二手煙暴露率為56.21%,其中男、女生二手煙暴露率分別為63.04%和49.22%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=19.995,P0.05)。多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,父母吸煙(OR=12.425)、教師吸煙(OR=2.429)、朋友吸煙(OR=2.017)、年齡14歲(OR=1.873)等增加了學生二手煙暴露的危險性;學校開設控煙健康教育課降低了學生二手煙暴露的危險性(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論開封市某城區(qū)學生吸煙和二手煙暴露率較高。父母、老師、朋友等吸煙是二手煙暴露的主要因素,學校健康教育可以減少學生二手煙暴露的危險性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic behavior and related factors of tobacco among students in an urban area of Kaifeng, so as to provide the basis for formulating students' tobacco control strategies. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 546 students in 27 classes of 9 schools in Kaifeng city. Results the rate of attempted smoking was 11.06, the current smoking rate was 8.15%, and the rate of secondhand smoke exposure was 56.21, among which male. The rate of secondhand smoke exposure in female students was 63.04% and 49.22, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 99 ~ (5) P 0.05). The results of multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking by parents, smoking by teachers, smoking by teachers, smoking by friends (OR 2.017) and age 14 years (OR 1.873) increased the risk of secondhand smoke exposure. The risk of secondhand smoke exposure was decreased by setting up smoking control health education courses in the school. Conclusion the smoking and secondhand smoke exposure rates of students in some urban area of Kaifeng City are higher. Smoking of parents, teachers and friends is the main factor of secondhand smoke exposure. School health education can reduce the risk of secondhand smoke exposure.
