【摘要】：目的了解云南省第三輪全國(guó)艾滋病綜合防治示范區(qū)參與艾滋病防治的社會(huì)組織的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題。方法采用普查法通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查收集信息,利用SPSS19.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)匯總和分析。結(jié)果云南省有50個(gè)社會(huì)組織參與示范區(qū)艾滋病防治工作,有96.00%的社會(huì)組織未注冊(cè),專、兼職人員的中位數(shù)均是3人;88.00%(44/50)的社會(huì)組織有固定的辦公場(chǎng)所,且主要由疾控中心和衛(wèi)生行政部門提供;92.00%(46/50)的社會(huì)組織經(jīng)費(fèi)主要來(lái)源于政府購(gòu)買服務(wù);74.00%(37/50)的社會(huì)組織可提供HIV篩查檢測(cè)服務(wù)。2014年社會(huì)組織提供暗娼、吸毒人群和男男性行為人群HIV檢測(cè)量占當(dāng)年轄區(qū)的50.41%(19 029/37 745),艾滋病病毒感染者/病人隨訪服務(wù)的人數(shù)占當(dāng)年轄區(qū)應(yīng)隨訪數(shù)的52.56%(9 087/17 289)。結(jié)論社會(huì)組織在云南省示范區(qū)高危人群干預(yù)和艾滋病病毒感染者/病人的關(guān)懷支持服務(wù)中發(fā)揮了重要作用,但組織自身發(fā)展仍存在不足,需進(jìn)一步提高社會(huì)組織參與艾滋病防治的工作能力和水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation and existing problems of social organizations involved in HIV / AIDS prevention and control in the third round of national AIDS prevention and control demonstration area in Yunnan Province. Results 50 social organizations in Yunnan Province participated in the prevention and control of AIDS in demonstration areas, and 96.00% of the social organizations were not registered. The median number of part-time workers is all three. The social organizations have fixed office space. And the social organization funding provided mainly by the CDC and the health administration department is mainly from the government purchasing service 74.0037 / 50) the social organization can provide HIV screening and testing service. In 2014, the social organization provided the secret sex workers. Drug users and men who had sex with men accounted for 50.41% of the total number of people who had sex with men in the current year. The number of HIV infected persons / patients who were followed up accounted for 52.56% of the total number of follow-up visits in the current year. Conclusion the social organization is high in the demonstration area of Yunnan Province. Interventions by people at risk and care and support services for people living with HIV / AIDS have played an important role. However, there are still deficiencies in the development of the organization itself, so it is necessary to further improve the ability and level of social organizations to participate in the prevention and treatment of AIDS.
