【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)江西省冷鏈溫度自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建立后的運(yùn)行狀況,確保疫苗質(zhì)量。方法在冷鏈設(shè)備中安裝溫度自動(dòng)監(jiān)控設(shè)備,實(shí)現(xiàn)冷鏈設(shè)備溫度的自動(dòng)采集和報(bào)警。建立B/S終端管理平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)冷鏈設(shè)備的信息化管理及其溫度的自動(dòng)監(jiān)控。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)計(jì)功能了解各單位各種冷鏈設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、溫度及報(bào)警情況。通過(guò)訪(fǎng)談了解用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)。結(jié)果全省共10 491臺(tái)冷鏈設(shè)備(其中普通冰箱6 496臺(tái),占65.2%)98.8%處于正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。從系統(tǒng)啟用后的5個(gè)月內(nèi),共監(jiān)測(cè)到所有設(shè)備報(bào)警18 006次,占溫度采集次數(shù)的0.06%;涉及報(bào)警的單位87個(gè),占所有單位總數(shù)的74.6%;涉及報(bào)警的冷鏈設(shè)備92臺(tái),占所有自動(dòng)溫控設(shè)備的16.8%。通過(guò)訪(fǎng)談發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)有利于提高工作人員管理質(zhì)量和管理效率。結(jié)論江西省冷鏈溫度自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,提高了冷鏈設(shè)備管理的效率。應(yīng)進(jìn)一步完善系統(tǒng)功能,與預(yù)防接種信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行對(duì)接,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the running status of the cold chain temperature automatic monitoring system in Jiangxi Province after its establishment, and to ensure the vaccine quality. Methods the temperature automatic monitoring equipment was installed in the cold chain equipment. Realize the automatic collection and alarm of cold chain equipment temperature. Establish the B / S terminal management platform, realize the information management of cold chain equipment and the automatic monitoring of temperature. Results 10 491 cold chain equipments (6 496 common refrigerators, accounting for 98.8% of 65.2or 98.8%) were in normal operation. A total of 18,006 alarms were detected for all the equipment, accounting for 0.06 times of the number of temperature collection; 87 units were involved in the alarm, accounting for 74.6% of the total number of units; 92 sets of cold-chain equipment involving the alarm were reported to the police. It is found that the system is helpful to improve the management quality and efficiency of the staff. Conclusion the temperature automatic monitoring system of cold chain in Jiangxi Province is stable. The efficiency of cold chain equipment management is improved, the system function should be further improved, and the information management system of inoculation should be docked to realize data sharing.
