【摘要】：目的了解成都市瘧疾疫情狀況,為有針對性地開展消除瘧疾工作提供科學依據(jù)。方法對2012-2016年成都市報告的輸入性瘧疾病例數(shù)據(jù)進行回顧性分析。結果 2012-2016年成都市報告瘧疾病例全部為輸入性病例,共240例,其中惡性瘧165例(68.75%)、間日瘧49例(20.41%)、三日瘧6例(2.50%)、卵形瘧16例(6.25%)、混合感染5例(2.08%),死亡3例,病死率為1.25%;自非洲輸入224例,東南亞輸入16例。平均年發(fā)病率為0.28/10萬,年間發(fā)病率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=23.87,P0.001)。各月份均有病例報告,無明顯季節(jié)性(χ~2=0.833,P0.05)。結論成都市境外輸入性瘧疾病例呈上升趨勢,應加強對境外輸入性瘧疾的防控工作,鞏固消除瘧疾成果。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic situation of malaria in Chengdu, Methods the data of imported malaria cases reported in Chengdu from 2012 to 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results all the malaria cases reported in Chengdu from 2012 to 2016 were imported cases, with a total of 240 cases. Among them, 165 cases of falciparum malaria, 49 cases of vivax malaria, 6 cases of malaria and 2.50% of malaria, 16 cases of oval malaria, 5 cases of mixed infection, 3 cases of death, and 1.25% mortality, respectively; 224 cases imported from Africa, 16 cases imported from Southeast Asia, with an average annual incidence of 0.28.1%. The incidence of malaria was significantly different in different years (蠂 ~ (22) 23. 87 / P 0.001). Cases were reported in every month, and there was no obvious seasonal (蠂 ~ (2) ~ (2) 833 ~ (3)) P ~ (0.05). Conclusion there is an increasing trend of imported malaria cases in Chengdu, and the prevention and control of imported malaria from abroad should be strengthened to consolidate the results of malaria elimination.
