【摘要】：目的:研究紅棗濃縮汁緩解小鼠體力疲勞及調(diào)節(jié)免疫功能的作用。方法:實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)溶劑對(duì)照組(蒸餾水)和2.5、5.0、10.0 m L/kg·bw三個(gè)紅棗濃縮汁組。選擇運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力實(shí)驗(yàn)以及肝糖原、肌糖原、血乳酸、血清和肝臟尿素氮、肌肉總蛋白等相關(guān)生化指標(biāo),評(píng)價(jià)紅棗濃縮汁對(duì)小鼠體力疲勞的影響;選擇脾臟抗體生成細(xì)胞數(shù)、半數(shù)溶血值、遲發(fā)型變態(tài)反應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)、脾淋巴細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化實(shí)驗(yàn)和碳粒廓清實(shí)驗(yàn)等免疫學(xué)指標(biāo),分別從體液免疫、細(xì)胞免疫和非特異性免疫功能探討紅棗濃縮汁對(duì)小鼠免疫功能的影響。結(jié)果:與溶劑對(duì)照組相比,低劑量組運(yùn)動(dòng)耐量顯著增加(p0.05),血乳酸及尿素氮含量極顯著降低(p0.01),中劑量組肝糖原和肌糖原含量極顯著提高(p0.01),高劑量組肌肉的蛋白質(zhì)含量顯著提高(p0.05)。免疫學(xué)研究表明,中劑量組紅棗濃縮汁能顯著提高小鼠吞噬指數(shù)和抗體生成細(xì)胞數(shù)(p0.01),以及抗體積數(shù)(p0.05),高劑量組紅棗濃縮汁可顯著提高小鼠的足趾厚度、抗體積數(shù)(p0.01),以及吞噬指數(shù)和抗體生成細(xì)胞數(shù)(p0.05)。結(jié)論:紅棗濃縮汁具有緩解小鼠體力疲勞及增強(qiáng)免疫功能的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of red jujube juice concentrate on relieving physical fatigue and regulating immune function in mice. Methods: three concentrated jujube juice groups were divided into three groups: solvent control group (distilled water) and 2.55.0m L/kg BW concentrated jujube juice group. Exercise endurance test, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were selected. Blood lactic acid, serum and liver urea nitrogen, total muscle protein and other related biochemical indexes were evaluated to evaluate the effect of red jujube juice concentrate on physical fatigue in mice. Spleen lymphocyte transformation test and carbon particle clearance test were used to investigate the effects of concentrated jujube juice on immune function of mice from humoral immunity, cellular immunity and non-specific immune function, respectively. Results: compared with solvent control group, Zizyphus jujuba L. In low dose group, exercise tolerance was significantly increased, blood lactate and urea nitrogen contents were significantly decreased, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen contents were significantly increased in middle dose group, and protein content in muscle was significantly increased in high dose group. In the middle dose group, the phagocytic index, the number of antibody forming cells and the anti-volume number of jujube juice were significantly increased, and the thickness of the toes of the mice was significantly increased in the high dose group, and the concentration of jujube juice in the middle dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Zizyphus jujuba concentrate can relieve physical fatigue and enhance immune function of mice.
