【摘要】：目的分析淄博市2006-2015年學(xué)校傳染病突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的流行特征,為制定防控策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集國(guó)家《突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件報(bào)告管理信息系統(tǒng)》淄博市2006-2015年的學(xué)校傳染病突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件報(bào)告資料,應(yīng)用描述性流行病學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果淄博市2006-2015年學(xué)校傳染病突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件共報(bào)告116起,占全部傳染病事件總數(shù)的63.74%。報(bào)告病例2 470例,罹患率為3.79%。涉及病種為呼吸道傳染病和腸道傳染病,分別占學(xué)校傳染病事件的56.90%和43.10%。發(fā)生高峰為3-6月和11-12月及次年1月。托幼機(jī)構(gòu)和農(nóng)村中小學(xué)是學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件防控的重點(diǎn)場(chǎng)所。首例病例發(fā)病時(shí)間到接到報(bào)告時(shí)間間隔中位數(shù)為6 d,事件持續(xù)時(shí)間的中位數(shù)為8d,報(bào)告及時(shí)性與事件控制效果Spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.615,P0.001。結(jié)論學(xué)校是傳染病突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件發(fā)生的主要場(chǎng)所,托幼機(jī)構(gòu)和農(nóng)村中小學(xué)是防控的重點(diǎn)。及早報(bào)告,有利于及時(shí)控制傳染病突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 2006-2015 infectious diseases in schools of public health emergencies in Zibo City, and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies. Methods of public health emergencies report data of 2006-2015 years of school public health emergencies of infectious diseases reporting information system of Zibo City, the national < >, application of descriptive epidemiological analysis method. The results of Zibo City 2006-2015 School of public health emergencies of infectious diseases were reported in 116 cases, accounting for 63.74%. reports the total number of all infectious diseases incident 2470 cases, incidence of 3.79%. related diseases for respiratory tract infectious diseases and intestinal infectious diseases, infectious diseases accounted for 56.90% of the school events and the peak of occurrence of 43.10%. was 3-6 and 11-12 months, and January of the following year. Kindergartens and primary and secondary schools in rural areas is the key place of prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools. The onset of the first case to receive the report To the time interval was 6 D, the median duration of the event is 8D, timeliness of reporting and event control effect of Spearman correlation coefficient is 0.615.
