【摘要】：目的評價提高環(huán)境清潔度和手衛(wèi)生依從性對NICU醫(yī)院感染發(fā)病率的影響。方法觀察某三甲醫(yī)院NICU內(nèi)環(huán)境物體表面消毒和手衛(wèi)生消毒合格率、手衛(wèi)生依從率提高后,醫(yī)院感染發(fā)病率和疑似醫(yī)院感染暴發(fā)事件數(shù)的變化。結(jié)果通過實施提高環(huán)境清潔和手衛(wèi)生干預(yù)綜合措施后,NICU環(huán)境物體表面的微生物檢測和ATP檢測合格率分別由65.22%和52.17%上升至91.53%和80.00%。醫(yī)務(wù)人員手的微生物檢測和ATP檢測合格率分別由60.00%和50.00%上升至90.00%和83.33%。環(huán)境物體表面和手的ATP檢測結(jié)果(平均RLU值)由76和62下降到12和9。NICU醫(yī)護人員的手衛(wèi)生依從性從42.97%上升至79.86%;NICU醫(yī)院感染發(fā)病率從22.47‰下降至6.12‰;疑似醫(yī)院感染暴發(fā)事件數(shù)從每年12起下降至每年4起。結(jié)論通過實施綜合干預(yù)措施,降低了醫(yī)院感染發(fā)病率和疑似醫(yī)院感染暴發(fā)事件數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of improving environmental cleanliness and hand hygiene compliance on the incidence of NICU nosocomial infection. Results after comprehensive measures to improve environmental cleanliness and hand hygiene intervention, the qualified rates of microorganism detection and ATP detection on the surface of environmental objects in NICU were 65.22%, respectively. And 52.17% to 91.53% and 80.000.The qualified rate of microbiological examination and ATP test of medical staff hands increased from 60.00% and 50.00% to 90.00% and 83.33g respectively. The results of ATP test (average RLU value) of environmental object surface and hand decreased from 76 and 62 to 12 and 9.NICU respectively. The hand hygiene compliance increased from 42.97% to 79.86%, the nosocomial infection rate decreased from 22.47 鈥，
