2011—2013年深圳市光明新區(qū)重點(diǎn)企業(yè)職業(yè)病危害因素監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的分析2011—2013年深圳市光明新區(qū)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生重點(diǎn)企業(yè)職業(yè)病危害因素監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果。。方法收集深圳市光明新區(qū)2011—2013年職業(yè)衛(wèi)生重點(diǎn)企業(yè)噪聲、有機(jī)溶劑和粉塵等職業(yè)病危害因素監(jiān)測(cè)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果2011—2013年共對(duì)251家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生重點(diǎn)企業(yè)工作場(chǎng)所2 169個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)次進(jìn)行職業(yè)病危害因素監(jiān)測(cè),合格率為75.47%(1 637/2 169);其中2012年監(jiān)測(cè)合格率分別低于2011和2013年(70.37%vs 80.94%,70.37%vs78.21%,P0.01);噪聲監(jiān)測(cè)合格率分別低于有機(jī)溶劑和粉塵的(52.48%vs 90.13%,52.48%vs 84.95%,P0.01),有機(jī)溶劑監(jiān)測(cè)合格率高于粉塵(90.13%vs 84.95%,P0.016 7)。噪聲監(jiān)測(cè)合格率以電子、五金和家具行業(yè)較低,分別為44.85%、46.95%和54.76%;有機(jī)溶劑監(jiān)測(cè)合格率以印刷行業(yè)較低,為77.42%;粉塵監(jiān)測(cè)合格率以家具行業(yè)較低,為66.67%。中型企業(yè)檢測(cè)合格率分別高于小型和大型企業(yè)(80.51%vs 73.37%,80.51%vs73.12%,P0.01)。結(jié)論深圳市光明新區(qū)重點(diǎn)企業(yè)的職業(yè)病危害因素監(jiān)測(cè)合格率有待提高,今后應(yīng)重點(diǎn)加大對(duì)電子、五金、印刷和家具行業(yè)的職業(yè)病防治工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the monitoring results of occupational disease hazard factors in key occupational health enterprises in Guangxin District of Shenzhen City from 2011 to 2013. Methods the noise of occupational health key enterprises in Guangming New District of Shenzhen City from 2011 to 2013 was collected. Results from 2011 to 2013, 2,169 monitoring sites in 251 key occupational health enterprises were monitored for occupational disease hazards, including organic solvents and dust. The eligibility rate for 2012 was lower than that for 2011 and 2013, respectively, and the qualification rate for noise monitoring was lower than that for organic solvents and dust, respectively, and was lower than that for organic solvents and dust. The qualified rate for noise monitoring was lower than that for organic solvents and dust, respectively, and the eligibility rate for organic solvents and dust was higher than that for organic solvents and dust, respectively. The eligibility rate for organic solvents was higher than that for dust (90.133.13 vs 84.95v 0.016). The qualified rate for noise monitoring was electronic. The metal and furniture industries were lower, 44.85% and 54.76%, respectively; the organic solvent monitoring qualification rate was lower in the printing industry, which was 77.42; and the qualified rate for dust monitoring was lower in the furniture industry. The qualified rate of inspection in medium-sized enterprises was higher than that in small and large enterprises respectively 80.551 vs 73.371.Conclusion the qualified rate of occupational disease hazard monitoring in key enterprises in Guangming New District of Shenzhen needs to be improved, so we should focus on electronics and hardware in the future. Prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in the printing and furniture industries.
