【摘要】：目的探討綜合性干預(yù)措施對(duì)兒童跌倒傷害預(yù)防的效果,為將來(lái)進(jìn)行推廣項(xiàng)目提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法采用分層抽樣方法在上海市范圍內(nèi)隨機(jī)抽取11所小學(xué),干預(yù)前選取1~3年級(jí)學(xué)生,干預(yù)后選取3~5年級(jí)相同對(duì)象,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解其跌倒傷害發(fā)生的相關(guān)情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)組學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)跌倒傷害預(yù)防知曉率從77.53%提高到92.78%(X~2=354.50,P0.001),倍差法(difference in differences,DID)顯示凈效果相對(duì)提升了45%(Z=4.08,P0.001);運(yùn)動(dòng)前熱身的知曉率從91.26%提高到98.65%(X~2=174.73,P0.001),凈效果顯示相對(duì)提升了46%;游樂(lè)設(shè)施的識(shí)別行為從83.32%提高到90.55%(X~2=70.89,P0.001),凈效果相對(duì)提升了44%;危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境改善從87.62%提高到89.42%(X~2=4.97,P=0.022),凈效果相對(duì)提升了34%。干預(yù)前跌倒傷害發(fā)生率對(duì)照組為6.32%,干預(yù)組為6.15%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=0.08,P=0.770);干預(yù)實(shí)施后干預(yù)組的跌倒發(fā)生率降為4.33%,對(duì)照組為8.56%,凈效果顯示跌倒傷害發(fā)生率比干預(yù)前相對(duì)下降了69%。結(jié)論跌倒傷害預(yù)防工作是一個(gè)多領(lǐng)域多層次的干預(yù)工作,應(yīng)采取包括健康教育、環(huán)境改造、制度完善等綜合性的干預(yù)手段才能有效地降低跌倒傷害的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comprehensive intervention measures on the prevention of fall injury in children, and to provide experience for future promotion projects. Methods 11 primary schools in Shanghai were randomly selected by stratified sampling method, and 1 grade 3 students were selected before intervention. After the intervention, the same subjects in grade 3 and grade 5 were selected, and the questionnaire was conducted. Results in the intervention group, the awareness rate of fall injury prevention was increased from 77.53% to 92.78%, and the difference in difference in difference in difference (DIDs) showed that the net effect was improved by 450.08 P0.001, and the awareness rate of warm-up before exercise increased from 91.26% to 0.001%. Is a multi-field and multi-level intervention, Comprehensive intervention measures, including health education, environmental reform and system improvement, should be adopted in order to effectively reduce the incidence of fall injury.
