雙酚A對記憶功能的影響及其機制研究進展

【摘要】:雙酚A通過塑料食品包裝材料遷移到食品中,從而被人體吸收,其可誘發(fā)多種疾病,對人體健康產生危害。該食品安全問題已引起國內外廣泛關注,諸多研究表明雙酚A可誘發(fā)腫瘤、影響生育等疾病,近年來又發(fā)現雙酚A對記憶能力也有較大負面影響。本文從信號通路、突觸可塑性與結構修飾、表觀遺傳修飾的改變等方面闡述雙酚A對動物海馬區(qū)記憶功能的影響及其機制方面的研究進行綜述,以引起廣大相關研究者的重視,并為食品安全防范提供科學依據。
[Abstract]:Bisphenol A (BPA) is absorbed by the human body through the migration of plastic food packaging materials, which can induce many diseases and harm human health. This food safety problem has aroused widespread concern at home and abroad. Many studies have shown that bisphenol A can induce tumors, affect fertility and other diseases. In recent years, it has been found that bisphenol A also has a negative effect on memory. The effects of bisphenol A on the memory function of hippocampal area of animals and its mechanism were reviewed in order to attract the attention of relevant researchers and provide scientific basis for food safety prevention.
