【摘要】：目的探討酸馬奶對(duì)Wistar大鼠機(jī)體免疫功能的影響。方法無特定病原體(SPF)級(jí)Wistar大鼠24只,隨機(jī)分為空白組(2 m L/次生理鹽水灌胃)、酸馬奶灌胃組(2 m L/次),每組8只。灌胃4周后,無菌解剖取脾臟并測定脾臟指數(shù);噻唑藍(lán)(MTT)比色法檢測T、B淋巴細(xì)胞增殖;流式細(xì)胞術(shù)測定全血中CD3~+T細(xì)胞、CD4~+CD25~+T細(xì)胞百分比。結(jié)果酸馬奶灌胃大鼠的脾臟指數(shù)、淋巴細(xì)胞增殖率、全血中CD3~+T細(xì)胞百分比均高于空白組,CD4~+CD25~+T細(xì)胞百分比顯著低于空白組。結(jié)論酸馬奶可促進(jìn)脾臟內(nèi)淋巴細(xì)胞、全血中T、B細(xì)胞的增殖,抑制CD4~+CD25~+T細(xì)胞的分化,可調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of yoghurt on the immune function of Wistar rats. Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats with no specific pathogen were randomly divided into two groups: the blank group (n = 8) and the control group (n = 8). The spleen was dissected and the spleen index was measured by aseptic dissection; the proliferation of T cell was detected by MTT colorimetry; and the percentage of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ T cells in whole blood was measured by flow cytometry. Lymphocyte proliferation rate and percentage of CD3T cells in whole blood were significantly lower than those in blank group. Conclusion yoghurt can promote the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes, and inhibit the differentiation of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ T cells in whole blood. Can adjust the immune state of the body.
