【摘要】：目的了解唐山市某社區(qū)老年人對食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的知識(K)、態(tài)度(A)、行為(P)情況。方法選取唐山市某社區(qū)符合條件的老年人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。問卷內(nèi)容包括一般人口學(xué)特征、食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽相關(guān)營養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)知識、食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽知識、態(tài)度及行為。結(jié)果本次調(diào)查符合條件的社區(qū)老年人共284人,年齡在50~89(69.6±5.3)歲。知識部分的平均分為(15.52±0.17)分,其中營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽相關(guān)營養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)知識得分為(6.09±5.21)分;食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽知識平均分為(9.38±4.17)分。性別、學(xué)歷、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入及既往職業(yè)對社區(qū)老年人食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的知識得分均有影響(P0.05)。食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽相關(guān)營養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)知識與食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽知識之間存在正相關(guān)(r=0.541,P0.05)。在A和P部分,有94.2%的社區(qū)老年人認(rèn)為食品包裝上有必要標(biāo)識營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽,經(jīng)常使用營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的老年人占18.3%,且91.2%的老年人傾向于關(guān)注產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)日期/保質(zhì)期,而對其他內(nèi)容關(guān)注較少。42.3%的老年人認(rèn)為營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽太復(fù)雜,41.2%對之缺乏興趣。社區(qū)老年人獲得營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽知識的主要途徑是廣播/電視/網(wǎng)絡(luò),占76.4%。結(jié)論社區(qū)老年人對食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的知識具有一定了解,但并不全面;關(guān)于營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的態(tài)度很好,但使用情況較差;針對社區(qū)老年人進(jìn)行食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的宣傳教育工作還需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of the elderly about food nutrition label in a community in Tangshan City. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the elderly in a community in Tangshan City. The questionnaire included general demographic characteristics. Results there were 284 elderly people in the eligible community, aged from 500.8969.6 鹵5.3 years old. There was a positive correlation between the basic knowledge of food nutrition label and the knowledge of food nutrition label. In part A and P, there was a positive correlation between the knowledge of food nutrition label and the knowledge of food nutrition label. 94.2% of the elderly people in the community considered it necessary to label the nutrition label on the food packaging. 18.3% of the elderly people often used the label, and 91.2%% of the elderly people tended to focus on the production date / shelf life of the product. However, 42.3% of the older people who paid less attention to other content thought that the nutrition label was too complicated and 41.2% were not interested in it. The main way for the elderly in the community to acquire nutrition label knowledge was through radio / television / network. Conclusion the elderly in the community have some knowledge of food nutrition label, but not comprehensive, the attitude of nutrition label is very good, but the use of nutrition label is poor. The propaganda and education of food nutrition label for the elderly in the community need to be further strengthened.
