【摘要】：正英國(guó)一項(xiàng)對(duì)6歲兒童的研究顯示,吃添加多不飽和脂肪酸嬰兒配方奶粉的兒童與普通配方奶粉喂養(yǎng)的兒童相比,其智商發(fā)育并沒有差別,不過,脂肪酸小組兒童解決問題的速度會(huì)較快。研究人員表示,嬰兒大腦的生長(zhǎng)和發(fā)育,需要長(zhǎng)鏈多不飽和脂肪酸(LC-PUFAs)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這種益處可持續(xù)到嬰兒期以后,能夠影響日后的發(fā)育。脂肪酸是神經(jīng)細(xì)胞膜的重要組成部分,而且存在于母乳中。脂肪酸被認(rèn)為對(duì)大腦發(fā)育非常重要,但很多嬰兒配方奶粉里并沒有添加。
[Abstract]:A UK study of 6-year-olds showed no difference in IQ development between children fed with polyunsaturated fatty acid infant formula and those fed with regular formula. Fatty acid groups can solve problems faster in children. Researchers say long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC-PUFAsC) are needed for brain growth and development in infants. The study found that the benefits can last beyond infancy. Fatty acids are an important component of nerve cell membranes and are found in breast milk. Fatty acids are thought to be important for brain development but are not added in many infant formula.
