【摘要】：目的了解蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)小學(xué)生重點(diǎn)常見(jiàn)病現(xiàn)況及變化趨勢(shì),為探索有效的干預(yù)措施提供基礎(chǔ)資料。方法收集2013—2015年蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)轄區(qū)內(nèi)小學(xué)全體學(xué)生的體檢資料,采用Excel 2007、SPSS l7.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)整理和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果2013—2015年蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)小學(xué)生視力不良、恒牙齲患和肥胖平均檢出率分別為45.5%、6.8%和15.9%,其中恒牙齲患檢出率呈逐年下降趨勢(shì)(Ρ0.001),肥胖檢出率總體上呈下降趨勢(shì)(Ρ0.001);女生視力不良、恒牙齲患平均檢出率高于男生(Ρ0.001),而肥胖平均檢出率低于男生(Ρ0.001);隨著年級(jí)的增長(zhǎng),視力不良、恒牙齲患和肥胖平均檢出率均呈上升趨勢(shì)(Ρ0.001)。結(jié)論蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)小學(xué)生重點(diǎn)常見(jiàn)病現(xiàn)況不容樂(lè)觀,應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation and changing trend of primary school students' major common diseases in Suzhou Gusu District, and to provide basic data for exploring effective intervention measures. Methods the physical examination data of all primary school students in Suzhou Gusu District from 2013 to 2015 were collected. The data were collected and analyzed by Excel 2007 SPSS L7.0 software. Results from 2013 to 2015, the primary school students in Suzhou had poor eyesight. The average detection rates of permanent tooth caries and obesity were 45.5% and 15.9%, respectively. The prevalence rate of permanent tooth caries decreased year by year. The average prevalence rate of permanent tooth caries was higher than that of boys, while the average rate of obesity was lower than that of boys. The average detection rate of permanent tooth caries and obesity showed an increasing trend (ACA0.001). Conclusion the present situation of primary school students' common diseases in Suzhou is not optimistic, and corresponding intervention measures should be taken.
