【摘要】：正正己烷屬飽和脂肪烴類,廣泛應(yīng)用于黏膠、電子器件清洗、印刷、干洗、家具、運(yùn)動器材及制鞋等行業(yè)中,主要通過呼吸道和胃腸道等途徑進(jìn)入人體,分布于脂肪含量高的組織,對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)有抑制作用,長期接觸可致多發(fā)性周圍神經(jīng)病變。2,5-己二酮(2,5-Hexadione,2,5-HD)是正己烷的主要代謝產(chǎn)物,屬γ-二酮類化合物,目前被認(rèn)為是正己烷毒性的關(guān)鍵物質(zhì)。近年來正己烷毒性研究主要集中在神經(jīng)毒理學(xué)
[Abstract]:N-hexane is a saturated fatty hydrocarbon, widely used in viscose, electronic device cleaning, printing, dry cleaning, furniture, sports equipment and shoe making industries, mainly through the respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract, etc. Distributed in tissues with high fat content, it has an inhibitory effect on the central nervous system. Long-term exposure may lead to multiple peripheral neuropathy. The main metabolites of n-hexane, I. e., 緯 -diketones, are the main metabolites of n-hexane. At present, it is considered as the key substance of n-hexane toxicity. In recent years, the study of n-hexane toxicity is mainly focused on neurotoxicology.
