【摘要】：目的了解深圳市2010-2015年急性馳緩性麻痹病例流行病學特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)監(jiān)測過程中存在問題,為維持無脊髓灰質(zhì)炎狀態(tài)提供依據(jù)。方法對2010-2015年深圳市福田區(qū)報告的AFP病例開展流行病學分析。結(jié)果 2010-2015年深圳市福田區(qū)共報告AFP病例206例,7例為疫苗相關(guān)株病毒病例;15歲以下兒童AFP報告發(fā)病率為1.61/10萬~2.89/10萬,病例報告最多月份為4月,以深圳市其他區(qū)為主(75.2%);深圳市兒童醫(yī)院上報病例最多(91.7%),男女性別比為1.48∶1,病例以0~2歲年齡組為主(59.7%);報告癥狀最多是發(fā)熱(52.4%),大部分病例有下肢乏力(90.8%);臨床診斷前兩位是乏力查因(63.6%)、格林巴利綜合征(12.6%),60 d后隨訪有殘留麻痹的有34人(16.5%)。結(jié)論 2010-2015年深圳市AFP監(jiān)測未發(fā)現(xiàn)有野病毒株病例,需要繼續(xù)加強醫(yī)務(wù)人員培訓,加大對市民健康教育,保持監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)高質(zhì)運行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of acute flaccid paralysis cases in Shenzhen from 2010 to 2015 and to find out the problems in the surveillance process. Methods Epidemiological analysis was carried out on AFP cases reported in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2010 to 2015. Results 206 AFP cases were reported in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2010 to 2015. The reported incidence of AFP in children under the age of 15 years of age is 161 / 100, 000 or 28.9 / 100, 000. The most reported month was April. The most reported cases in Shenzhen Children's Hospital were 91.7%, the ratio of male to female was 1.48: 1, and the cases were mainly 59.7% in the 0 to 2 age group. The most reported symptoms were fever (52.4%), most of the cases had lower extremity fatigue (90.8%); the first two cases were diagnosed clinically. There were 34 patients with residual paralysis after 60 days follow-up. Conclusion No cases of wild virus strain were found in AFP surveillance in Shenzhen from 2010 to 2015. It is necessary to continue to strengthen the training of medical personnel, increase health education for citizens and maintain the high quality operation of the monitoring system.
