【摘要】：目的分析2010—2012年中國農(nóng)村孕婦血紅蛋白水平、維生素A和維生素D水平,評(píng)價(jià)該人群貧血患病率的變化,并評(píng)估其維生素A和維生素D的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況。方法數(shù)據(jù)來自2010—2012年中國居民營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康狀況監(jiān)測(cè)。調(diào)查對(duì)象為我國45個(gè)普通農(nóng)村和30個(gè)貧困農(nóng)村的孕婦。采用氰化高鐵法檢測(cè)1763例孕婦血紅蛋白的濃度;采用高效液相色譜法檢測(cè)601例血清視黃醇的水平;采用酶聯(lián)免疫法測(cè)定979例25-羥基維生素D水平。計(jì)算血紅蛋白水平及貧血患病率;維生素A水平及缺乏率和邊緣缺乏率;維生素D水平及嚴(yán)重缺乏率、缺乏率和不足率。結(jié)果2010—2012年中國農(nóng)村孕婦血紅蛋白水平為123.60(113.80~133.50)g/L,普通農(nóng)村[123.10(114.00~132.20)g/L]顯著低于貧困農(nóng)村[125.40(113.30~136.80)g/L](P=0.020)。中國農(nóng)村孕婦貧血率為17.58%,貧困農(nóng)村(20.19%)顯著高于普通農(nóng)村(16.10%)(P=0.029)。農(nóng)村孕婦維生素A水平為1.53(1.18~1.98)μmol/L,維生素A缺乏率為3.49%,邊緣缺乏率為12.81%。農(nóng)村孕婦維生素D水平為15.55(11.94~19.90)ng/m L,維生素D缺乏嚴(yán)重,維生素D缺乏率(包括缺乏與嚴(yán)重缺乏)高達(dá)75.38%,普通農(nóng)村缺乏率(65.36%)顯著低于貧困農(nóng)村(87.42%)(P0.001)。結(jié)論 2010—2012年中國農(nóng)村孕婦貧血患病率較10年前有所改善,但仍高于其他人群。孕婦普遍存在較為嚴(yán)重的維生素D缺乏,同時(shí)存在一定比例的維生素A邊緣缺乏。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the levels of hemoglobin, vitamin A and vitamin D in Chinese rural pregnant women from 2010 to 2012, and to evaluate the changes of anemia prevalence in this population. The nutritional status of vitamin A and vitamin D was assessed. Methods the data were collected from the monitoring of nutritional and health status of Chinese residents from 2010 to 2012. The subjects were pregnant women in 45 ordinary rural areas and 30 poor rural areas in China. The concentration of hemoglobin in 1763 pregnant women was detected by iron method. The levels of serum retinol in 601 cases and 25- hydroxyvitamin D levels in 979 cases were measured by high performance liquid chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The levels of hemoglobin and the prevalence of anemia, vitamin A level, deficiency rate and marginal deficiency rate were calculated. Vitamin D levels and severe deficiency rates, Results the hemoglobin level of pregnant women in rural China from 2010 to 2012 was 123.60 / 113.80 / 133.50 g / L, and that of ordinary rural women [123.10 / 114.00 / 132.20 / g / L] was significantly lower than that of poor rural areas [125.40 / 113.30 / 136.80 / g / L] P0.020.The anaemia rate of pregnant women in rural China was 17.58 and 20.190.It was significantly higher than that of normal rural women (16.10102.20g / L). The vitamin A level was 1.53 ~ 1.181.98) 渭 mol / L, the vitamin A deficiency rate was 3.49 and the marginal deficiency rate was 12.81.The vitamin D level of rural pregnant women was 15.55 ~ 11.94 ~ 19.90 ng / m ~ (-1), and the vitamin D deficiency was severe. The rate of vitamin D deficiency (including deficiency and severe deficiency) was as high as 75.38 and that in ordinary rural areas was 65.36. It was significantly lower than that in poor rural areas. Conclusion the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women in rural areas from 2010 to 2012 is better than that of 10 years ago. But it is still higher than that of other population. There are more serious vitamin D deficiency and a certain proportion of vitamin A marginal deficiency in pregnant women.
