【摘要】：正每對(duì)夫婦都渴望擁有一個(gè)聰明、活潑、健康的寶寶,然而現(xiàn)實(shí)中卻因優(yōu)生優(yōu)育落實(shí)不到位,造成許多家庭的痛苦。先天畸形兒與智障兒往往成為其家庭和社會(huì)的巨大負(fù)擔(dān)。病原體感染是導(dǎo)致先天性缺陷的重要原因,故TORCH檢測(cè)顯得尤為重要。TORCH指優(yōu)生優(yōu)育五項(xiàng)檢測(cè),包括弓形蟲(TOX)、風(fēng)疹病毒(RV)、巨細(xì)胞病毒(CMV)、單純皰疹病毒(HSV)Ⅰ、Ⅱ型,統(tǒng)稱為TORCH。TORCH病原體共同特征為:當(dāng)感染發(fā)生在孕期時(shí),可通過(guò)胎盤或產(chǎn)道引起宮內(nèi)感染,導(dǎo)致胎兒流產(chǎn)、早產(chǎn)、宮內(nèi)發(fā)育遲滯、畸形、死胎和新生兒死亡等,原發(fā)感染與復(fù)發(fā)感染
