南昌市中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷分布規(guī)律及其相關(guān)因素研究

【摘要】:目的探討南昌市中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷的現(xiàn)狀及主要影響因素。方法采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣的方法抽取南昌市城、郊區(qū)中學(xué)教師504名,并用驗(yàn)證了信度效度的腦力負(fù)荷評(píng)價(jià)量表任務(wù)負(fù)荷指數(shù)(NASA-TLX量表)評(píng)價(jià)其腦力負(fù)荷水平。結(jié)果南昌市中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷得分呈近似正態(tài)分布;31~35歲組中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷水平最高,≤35歲時(shí),腦力負(fù)荷與年齡呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.146,P0.05),35歲時(shí),腦力負(fù)荷的變化不大;中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷水平與文化程度呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.172,P0.05),文化程度越低的中學(xué)教師感到的腦力負(fù)荷越大(P0.01);每天工作時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷越大,且對(duì)腦力負(fù)荷的影響最大(P0.001)。結(jié)論年齡、學(xué)歷以及每天工作時(shí)間等與南昌市中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷水平密切相關(guān),每天工作時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)是影響其腦力負(fù)荷水平的重要危險(xiǎn)因素,降低每天工作時(shí)間特別使其控制在8 h以?xún)?nèi)可能是減輕該市中學(xué)教師腦力負(fù)荷的重要有效措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the present situation and main influencing factors of mental load of middle school teachers in Nanchang city. Methods 504 middle school teachers in Nanchang city and suburb were sampled by random cluster sampling. NASA-TLX was used to evaluate the mental load level of middle school teachers in Nanchang City. Results the mental load scores of middle school teachers in Nanchang City were similar to normal distribution.
